Is there anything fairly inexpensive where the average Joe can test the CCA of his car battery?

Now that I use synthetic motor oil I don't see the dealer for oil changes as often to have the battery tested.

Simple enough. However at the Hawks Coyotes game they gave the other player a agitator(?) penalty or something similar to that. Do you know what the correct name is?

Also watching the Coyotes & sharks in OT (3 on 3) there was a penalty against the Coyotes. So it became a 4 on 3. When the penalty expired the Sharks still had 4 men on the ice. When does the 4th man have to leave the ice & go back to a 3 on 3?

I live in the desert & as you know the heat is what kills the battery. They last about 2 years. Trouble is if the battery is marginal the stores won't give you a replacement.

It has to be dead, who wants to wait for that & be stranded.

Is there a tax difference between taking "X" number of dollars from the principle each month VS receiving the dividend & reinvesting capital gains?

Their both ordinary taxes? Right?

On one hand it makes sense taking a certain dollar amount from the principle & reinvesting the dividends & capital gains.

I named column "A" as above but I can't get the sum. It's doesn't appear on the bottom either.(sum)

It may be 3,4 or 5 deposits in a row & then

an expense. All I want to do is keep a running total.

Why are what they claim to be closing costs 24K on a 500K+ house?

I'm using Google Chrome. A new window opens wherever I click on a page. I have to go to settings > extensions & remove them. The same extensions keep coming back that I have been deleting & have to keep deleting them.

I ran Malwarebytes & occasionally it has a few malware. I delete them then of course I have to restart. That's when they seem to come back.

I've read to run Malwarebytes in safe mode but in windows 8.1 it seems impossible to get to safe mode

Any suggestions?

I'm trying from gimp.org on Chrome & Mozilla.

Chrome gives me a notice that it's a bad website with viruses. Mozilla reads to open with "movie maker" Movie maker doesn't support gimp.

I clicked on "save file" & still nothing.

Any suggestions?

I've scanned an item into my computer.

I've placed it in documents. I have to upload it to someone. The question I have is that when I click on browse I select documents. Then the particular item. To me it looks like it's giving the hard drive location which of course can't be accessed by a 3rd party.

Am I doing this correctly or am I missing something?

He supposedly went to Columbia for undergrad and Harvard for Law school. Not to mention his classmates in grade school, high school or college.

There are NO pictures of him in any of the yearbooks or a record of him taking the bar exam or passing it.

Sure one can say "his records are sealed" BUT nobody remembers him, has a yearbook with his picture or name mentioned. Not even any of the schools reunions.

I went to school with a girl that became an actress. At the time I always said "I went to school with her" now if her name is mentioned or one of her shows I again say "I went to school with her"

Does anyone find this strange or have a link that shows his classmates saying they knew him?

I'm going to try & replace my water softener. I'd like to try & figure out what size pipe is coming out of the wall going into the unit before I shut off the water, take it apart & then have to make a trip(s) back to the store. I "think it has a 1/2" copper pipe going into the unit BUT that seems kind of small for a house.

Is there a way to measure the OD to help me figure this out?

WHY all of the sudden do I keep getting a "malicious website blocked" popup every few seconds?

I get an option "exclude website"

I've run a scan on both malwarebytes & windows defender & no viruses found.

Please HELP. Not only is this driving me insane I also don't want to get, spread or have a virus

I'm staying at the Luxor. My wife wants to see a show called "Jersey Boys" at the Paris.

MapQuest is reading the 2 are almost a mile apart. That may be too long of a walk for her. MapQuest shows make a right at "X" a left at "X". Sounds complicated. Don't I just go North on Las Vegas Blvd.?
