My birthday is in a couple weeks. We are already going to a Mickey Halloween Party but I really want to do a dinner show.

I was looking at the Hoop Dee Doo Review, The Spirit of Aloha or Medivial Times.

  • What car rental company has cars with audio input?

Its been a long time since I have rented a car. I am taking a road trip in a couple weeks and am going to be traveling through a few states. I am trying to find a car rental company that has cars that have an audio imput for my ipod. I think I need to worry more about the car then the rental company. So If this is the case should I see about getting a standard or full size rather then a economy car. Is Hertz better then National? Any suggestions.

My best friend and I are taking a road trip from Florida to the outer banks. Neither of us wanted to drive our personal cars so I am going to rent a car for this road trip. I have XM radio in my daily driver car and love it. I am hoping to find a car with XM or an audio input so I can plug in Pandora. Any suggestions are helpful

  • Savannah, GA on the fourth of July?

My friend and I are taking a road trip that has us passing through Savannah on the fourth of July. I do not really care about the fireworks or anything. I mainly want to show my friend the city since she has never been. We are from Orlando and used to crazy theme park crowds. I mainly want to take her downtown on one of those carriage tours to give her an overview of the city and grab lunch on the waterfront and then continue on our way to North Carolina.

It looks like the main celebration is along the waterfront. If we are wondering around downtown first thing in the morning/early afternoon will it be crazy crowded? Will the carriage or city tours still be running.

We are arriving the evening of the 3rd and leaving the 4th.

  • Fun things to do outside of theme parks?

So I live in the Orlando area. I have passes to all the theme parks and have pretty much done it all multiple times. I love the parks but I am looking for fun things to do outside of the parks.

I am always looking out for suggestions.

  • What was in the area that now host the faires in Adventureland at Magic Kingdom?

I was hanging out with the Faires today in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom today. Its a really cool space but I was trying to remember what was located there before. I have always been told that the current Fairies Nook is a temporary location. Its certainly looks it. The area looks like it was once a restaurant but I have also heard it was just a store.

Does anyone remember what it was for sure. Was it just a dining room for Aloha Isle or was it a full restaurant that I am not remembering. I have been coming to MK for years and can not remember what was there before the Fairies took over.

  • Buying poppers online?

The adult bookstores have a huge mark up on poppers. I think they are a lot of fun sometimes and I would love to find a place online that I can buy them. There are a ton of websites but I am not sure which ones are legit and which brands are the best.

  • Which park has the best fourth of July fireworks?

I am trying to plan my fourth of July weekend. I usually avoid the parks during busy Holiday times. However, after spending New Years Eve at MK I decided I wanted to see what they do on the Fouth of July. I am leaning towards MK. I have heard Epcot has a pretty amazing fourth of july version of Illuminations. Since Illuminations is my favorite firework show I kind of think I should check it out. I really HATE Wishes. Wishes is so freaking boring I seriously just stare at the crowd when I am forced to watch it.

Anyways, if you could be at any park on 4th of July then which one would you be at.

  • Is the Disney Visa Meet and Greet Worth it?

I don't have a Disney Visa and do not plan on getting one. However, I have a close friend asking me if its worth it. I know if you have a Disney Visa you get a free 5 x 7 with some special character meet n greet. Anyone here ever go to it? Do you get a photo with just one character or a bunch together? Is it really worth it

  • Sneaking liquor into Typhoon Lagoon?

I am heading to Typhoon Lagoon tomorow with some friends and want to have a few drinks but honestly do not want to spend the money on buying drinks. 10plus dollars a drink is a little more then I want to pay. I was thinking of taking a waterbottle and putting some clear rum. Then I can just buy a coke and add to it. I know Typhoon does not do a bag check. I was going to be discreet as possible. Has anybody ever done something like this?

  • Getting from Orlando to St.Pete or Clearwater Beach area without driving?

So I live in Orlando and have friends in St.Pete Beach area. I really want to find a inexpensive way to go see them without driving my car. I am SICK of the drive and would love to find a shuttle bus or some other way to go see them for the weekend. Amtrak goes to Tampa but I can't figure out a good way to get from Tampa to St.Pete easily. Anyone know of a shuttle or some way to get to anywhere on Pinellas County without me having to drive my car.

  • Where would you stay? Disney Animal Kingdom (Savannah View) or Beach Club?

My friends and I are trying to decide where to stay for a couple days. I have it narrowed to two choices. Disney Animal Kingdom Lodge with a view of the Savannah or Disney Beach Club Resort. I am very familiar with the pros and cons on paper but I am curious about personal experience. I love the idea of the animals outside my room but I always felt this resort was so isolated. The Beach club has a great pool and is close to Epcot. Is the resort a little too ordinary? If cost is not an issue which of the two would you do? Just between the two, please do not suggest a different resort. Its only between these two.

  • Weekend downtown Atlanta with no car?

I am curious about the Megabus so I was thinking about taking it from my home in Orlando to Atlanta. I have driven through Atlanta and stopped at the Varisty and I have been to the airport a million times but I have never been into the city and checked it out. I do not want to go if downtown Atlanta has nothing to offer without a car. I am not going to rent one. I hear Marta is great but would love to just be able to walk to place maybe catch the train and go a couple stops.

The megabus drops off at the Marta Civic Center and I noticed some nice hotels. I am thinking of staying at the W or Marriott but other suggestions are good. Does Downtown have any good bars or nightclubs? I noticed the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coke is there but are there any must see or do downtown. Any suggestions are appreciated.

  • Alternate TV hook up for a TV with a broken Coax Cable Connecter?

The Coax Cable connector snapped off the back of my TV. I really do not want to go to my cable company and start renting another cable box. (Its not a primary TV). I am trying to figure out if there is a cheap cable box or something I can use to convert the cable to RCA or HDMI cables?

  • Good Restaurants around the French Quarter?

I have been to New Orleans many times now. I love the city and have a great time but I have found it very difficult to find a really great restaurant near the French Quarter. I a city that is suppose to be famous for its fabulous food I have found that most of the places I get sent to are tourist traps serving overpriced mediocre food. I will be staying in the French Quarter which I know is the heart of Touristville but are there really any great restaurants in the Quarter or walking distance?

  • How is the Disney Keys to the Kingdom tour?

I have family coming down to visit me in July. They have both been to the Magic Kingdom multiple times. Since I work at the Magic Kingdom I thought it might be cool to put them on the Keys to the Kingdom Tour. I am pretty sure this is the same tour that I see down in the Utilidors every day. I am wondering if people think the tour is worth the money. I get a discount but even with the discount its a lot of money to spend on an area that I consider mundane and boring since all the cool stuff is onstage. My mother has trouble walking and I can't imagine her riding the elevators that I don't even ride because I swear they have not been updated since 1971. She has fake knees and sometime has trouble walking. So has anyone on her taken it and did they think it was worth the money and time? Did you do it in the summer time?

  • I don't want to plan my trip to Disney or use google?

Could someone please plan my entire vacation. Tell me to the penny exactly how much every souviner cost at Disney and Universal and tell me EXACTLY how much I will spend on food. Will I enjoy the food?

I need to know everything about every ride at Disney and Universal. What does each ride do? How long do they last? What will the wait time be when I arrive? Will I enjoy the ride or will I be scared?

What will the exact temperatures be each day on my trip? I am terrified of humidity, bugs, alligators, and hurricanes. Do you think I will be ok in Florida.

    ?

How much will my plane tickets be from New York or how far of a drive is it? Tell me how much gas would be if I decided to drive.

I would like a nice hotel room that sleeps 12. Has free transportation to the airport and all the parks and FREE breakfast. I do not want to pay more then 50 dollars a night since all we will be doing is shower and sleeping there.

    Thanks

  • Best Mini Golf course at Disney?

I am heading out this afternoon to check out one of the mini golf places at Walt Disney World. I just can't decide which one to check out. I have two choices, ok well four but Its comes down to Fantasia Gardens or the Winter summerland course. I think I am leaning towards Fantasian Gardens but anyone have any experience at any of these?

Please only the Disney course. I know there are a lot of fun ones outside the parks and some may even better but I have free tickets to use up tonight at one of the Disney ones.
