I recently installed a WAIT 1000 furnace humidifier.That is the third one in 40 years.The previous ones were all Metal boxes with a drum type Humidifier pad.

They all worked great for years with out any problems. After I purchased the latest one it was a great dissapointment. Cheap plastic parts that had stress cracks right out of the box.Both side panels and water tray had cracks in them. And after mounting them they did not stay square but bent all over. I finally got it mounted when I realized you had to screw the watertray into the sidepanels.Which makes it awkward if you want to clean the tray. I doubt it very much the designer ever installed his creation on more than one operating furnace. What happened to Proudly made in Amerika and Canada. If one produces junk do not be surpriced if the competions market share goes up and you are trailing behind and lose.

How does one remove lime buildup in the Backend of the toilet bowl. The location is in the goose neck part.Forget Draino .It destroys the Porcelain by creating hairline cracks because of the intense heat created during chemical reaction. What happens over time lime builds up inside the goose neck and it restricts water and waste flow. Any one has any idea.?

The blanket I put in the dryer was a bit on the heavy side, that may have cased the problem.

Latetly I have a problem wit my Weber BarBque.Last year I purchased a new 20 pound tank.Used it a few times and then winter came.This spring I used the grill twice and then when I turned the grill allI got was very small flames coming out of the burners.So I went out and had the tank topped up.After that the grill worked fine.After a while when the tank was about 1/3 down the same happened again.

After that I borrowed a tank from a neighbour and everything was fine.Put my own tank back and again only small flames.Then I took the grill apart and cleaned the Venturi and the burners and after assembling it again ,nothing changed.Will buy a new tank and see what happens.

I lean towards a wonky tank!

Has anyone out there in Barbeque community any idea and experience in this matter or run across a similar problem??

Can I mix Latex paint with boiled Linseed oil in order to achieve a better holding power for the paint?.In this case I mean to used on the outside of the house.

I thought of using Linseed oil paint but all these old paints are hard to find.

When I want to print out something from the comp I have a problem latetly.Let's say I want to print out an E-mail message,I go to the message then click on FILE and then on PREVIEW.

The message only displays partialy.The upper part of the message is shown on the lower part of the page and when clicking on PRINT it will only print this part.

At first I phoned ROGERS my internet provider and was told it was a printer problem.So I phoned CANON ,since it is a CANON PIXMA MG 5220.

The chap from Canon had me run diagnostic check on my printer and was told the printer is fine.Went back to ROGERS and spoke to one of their Techis.He tried for a while but then suggested I go to ECHAT.ROGERS.COM.Went there and came up against a lot of pages and finally a small window where I explained my problem.Sofar no reply.

In the past when I phoned up ROGERS with a problem we could usually fix it on the phone.Cutbacks ????

Can anyone out there give me an explanation on what the problem is.Any help is highly appreciated.

There are a lot of Help pages out on the net.But I'm leery if they are legit?Do not want to add to my problems.

I know Bell has the 1010 229 configuration for lond distance calls.Does Rogers landline have a similar number that is just as cheap as Bell and what are the numbers?

Lately one sees a lot of LED lightbulbs for sale.Some of them are quite expensive and make claims that they only use a fraction of watts compared to other bulbs.My question is.Is there such a gadget where one screws in a lightbulb flicks a switch and on a displaypanel or dial it will show the actual power consumption of the lightbulb?

In the 1950 and 1960's as kids we had a bicycle bell that was driven by a little rubber wheel that was activated by pressing it against the front bike tire.Made quite a racket.Anybody out there still makes them like in the retro market.??
