Bought a surround sound stereo from Radioshack in Sept, got the one-yr warranty. Three of the speakers just stopped working and it ruined an MP3 player when I stuck it in to the mp3 player port. They tell me they'll fix it, I just want my $$ back and nothing to do w/radioshack in the future?

I will be leaving for USMC boot camp next monday. I'll let you know what I want to know, then tell you about me/what I need:

1. How should I breath and how do I regulate that?

2. What should I do w/my arms?

3. How long should my stride be?

4. At what percent should I run if I break them up into 1/2 mile intervals.

5. Please address anything else I should be thinking of.

6. Form.

7. When I do this test, should I eat a lot of carbs, and try to stay away from protein or other things in my breakfast diet?

I must do it in 13:30

Ive been clocked at 12:49, my 1st 1/4 mile was 3:07, and the rest of the run I was exhausted and had to walk at points. I got some cramps and even ended up throwing up.

I can run about 3/5 a mile at 80% w/o starting to feel it.

PLEASE HELP!!! IT WOULD BE A REAL LIFESAVER

1. Do higher IQ people need to exercise more to balance their minds and bodies?

2. Just saw a special, saying that extra intelligence in early humans was actually a burden. A more powerful brain needs more energy to run. Do you think this may be the reason why so many high IQ folks are lazy as hell and some lower IQ people are able to work 60+ hours a week (leaving will, drive and necesity out of the equation)?
