I got a really nice AKG Precision 220 large diaphram condenser mic. It works great for vocals and acoustic but I'm having a lot of trouble getting as good of sound when recording my tube amp. Would it be better to get the Shure SM57? Or use them both? Or is there just something I'm not getting here? Thanks

picked up this old Kawai E300 Organ from like 1974, and it won't power on. Fuse is good and power cord looks alright. Any ideas or things to try? I'll add details with questions or whatever. Thanks.

My ps3 recently got the yellow light of death. I think I'm gonna be able to fix it, but if the worst case happens, and I need to get a new system, can I put my old hard drive in the new system and have it work. That is, not lose any data? Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to install a program onto my computer (Windows XP Service Pack 3) And I keep getting this message that says something along the lines of "The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation". I've been researching this for the past few days. I've tried everything on the first three pages of google. I've messed with registry keys (I restored back though), I've messed with windows installer, I've set up a new Admin password, and a bunch of other things. Still I get the same error. Any ideas? I have a CD-ROM with an installer or driver or something. Anyway it won't install to the C: drive. It tries to install to the D: drive which obviously has no space by itself because its the D: drive. Any thoughts? Any answers are appreciates. Thanks.

I have a MobilePre by Avid. I have a Charvette by Charvel guitar. It's red with a black headstock that says Charvette by Charvel TM. It has active pickups I think. One humbucker at the bridge and two regular single coils at the middle and neck. (I think this is correct, but I'm a strat guy and don't know much about active pickups). It has silver volume and tone control. The neck plate says Charvette by Charvel, then Serial 006725, then Po Box 2344 Fort Worth TX 76133 USA.

It also has a Floyd Rose and Charvel pickups. It's neck looks to be rosewood and it's 22 frets.

Any help would be awesome. I've tried to give all the info I can on it. Thanks in advance.

I recently came across the oppurtunity to trade my Hot Rod Deville for A Twin Reverb '65 Reissue. I'm not sure what I should do, as both are great sounding amps. The Deville has 410 and TR has 212. I play Blues and Classic Rock. Thanks in advance...
