Try working out on a dayly bases. Try some sit ups or crunches each day (for the abs.) And some of those frog jumps for your legs (seems stupid but it works, just don't do it in public ok.) And then do some push up or lift some waights for your arms.
Then instead eat some fruit for breakfast or a somthie with ONLY fruit.
And instead of soda try 100% fruit juice and water
Kill your craving by fruits and vegetables you love.
I'm a vegetarian so I have no suggestions for meat, but you can put some protien powder in you smothie or something. Thats what I do.

follow this exactly for three days at a time
1st day --- 1/2 (Half) grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 1tablespoon peanutbutter
lunch ----1/2 cup dry tuna (packed in water not oil), 1 slice of dry toast
dinner ---2 slices (3oz) of any type of meat, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup red beets or carrots, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream.
2nd day ---- 1 egg, 1 slice dry toast, 1/2 banana.
Lunch ---- 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
dinner ---- 2 hot dogs, 1 cup cabbage or broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.
3rd day ----- 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice chedder cheese, 1 small apple.
lunch ----- 1 hard boil egg, 1 slice dry toast
dinner ---- 1 cup dry tuna, 1cup red beets or carrots, 1 cup cauliflower or greens, i cup cantaloupe, 1/2 vanilla ice cream.
in 3 days you will loose 10 pounds. after the 3 days, resume your normal eating but do not over do it. after 4 days of normal eating, start the diet again. you can loose up to 40 pounds in one month if you stick to it. IT IS SAFE!!
