TIPS FOR TONING UP AT THE GYM?
So i'm a girl, about 105 lbs and i really want to tone up. im pretty thin but i just want to tone up my legs, butt, and stomach.
what are some moderate exercises for me to be able to do this? i havent worked out in years so i cant start too intense. i need details like how much weight and sets, or how long to do something for.
