Where can I find out nutritional info on items at restaurants when they don't post it on their website?

For instance, Applebee's only puts their weight watchers items on the website. What if I want to know what the nutritional info on thier lunch combos are? Or what do i do when the restaurant doesn't have any of that information anywhere? Do I just have to do my best to piece it out?

Update:

unfortionately, both of those sites have the same information www.calorie-count.com does... and it's only the WW stuff...

I have that same problem. Try looking at other restaurants that have similar dishes and compare. Or just estimate.

    www.calorieking.com

This is always the second place I look if the restaurant doesn't list it on their website. You can enter any food in there and get nutrition information. If the particualr restaurant isn't listed, there is probably something very similar!

Search through a wider venue, like on Yahoo. usually, someone has it somehwere. Be careful there - if you are calorie counting, you probably shouldn't be anywhere near Applebee's. They have horrendous calorie counts! Do a search on Hungry Girl; she has a blog on Yahoo that is very helpful and she often reports on things like that.

don't know if this helps or not... have to scroll down a ways to get to the links for each restaraunt; it goes by points not nutrition though:
