Eating lots of fruits, veggies, and whole wheat stuff.

Eating minimal processed and packaged food, and fried food.

    Drinking lots of water

Lots of walking (I hate running)

Um, I saw this is someone else's comment... NOT cigarettes. They give you something to do other than eat, but trust me, it's definitely not worth it, plus there are plenty of overweight smokers. Also, of course ignore all the people saying anorexia and bulemia. These are serious disorders.

I eat whatever I want. I was just born that way and have a fast metabolism.

But, I eat cereal in the mornings before school. I dont have an off period, so I usually just have a granola bar in the middle of school. I come home at 2:30, and I have lunch. Then I might have a snack, mostly fruit. Then I have dinner around 7 to 8. It depends. After that, I have another snack. I try to exercise as much as possible. I used to workout like everyday, but now I just stopped. I have gym 2 or 3 days a week, and then I exercise on my own (3 days a week).

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables (more vegetables because fruit has more sugar). Eat lots of fiber but do not eat a lot of carbs (bread). Remember, the less calories you are consuming the more weight you are going to lose (that does not mean do not eat at all). Excerise 3-4 times a week. Cardiovascular (running, bike riding...stuff that gets your heart pumping) 30-45 minutes a session-2 days a week and strength training (lifting weights) 30-45 minutes a session-2 days a week, varying which muscles you work. If you do that you will be lean and toned and sexy.

Anorexia and Bulemia is NOT the answer

thats for sure. though excersice and eating

healthy is definately the way to go. its kinda

hard because you HAVE to want it unless youll go

nowhere or youll give up and eat junk food all

over again. so you realllyyy have to want to

lose weight in order to actually lose it. dont take

the easy way out by NOT eating and throwing

up little pieces of food, not worth it. you dont even really

lose weight. so excersice and healthy foods is the way

to go. a good breakfest that fills you up and a veryy

good dinner not too late so you can burn it off. and after

everyyyy workout eat something because it builds muscle

unless you dont want any haha try a protein bar :) Odwalla

bars are good. hope it helps

Well. I eat lots of food, have second helpings, enjoy Fudgesicles, sit around all day on my computer, hang out with friends (usually go out to dinner), and eat whatever I desire. It's great!

However, I don't snack in between meals, I eat breakfast every day, I don't drink soft drinks, I barely ever eat fast food, and I don't eat a lot of sweets.

Oh. And I have a high metabolism.

Exersize twice a week. Jump on a trampoline. Did you know that it's 3 times faster than a treadmill?

Also, eat alot of fruits and vegetables. No junk food! Eat bread, and drink alot.

Good luck, and I hope I helped!

I have a high enough metabolism that I can eat what ever and not have to do any form of exercise that you wouldn't normally have to do in a normal day to day routine.
