Which foods in preparation for exam?

I am soon to take a tough IT exam which is on a Tuesday in a few weeks at 9:30 am. What I would like to know is what and at what times should I eat for dinner, breakfast snacks etc as preparation to ensure my mind and body are prepared.

I think that you should have some fish the night before.Fish is grate for the mind it really makes you think to your fullest. Not too much but just enough to make you full. Probably have it at about 8pm, unless you need to go to bed before that time, therefore you would have it at 6 pm or 7 pm. Remember to wash it up before you go to bed because when you wake up if there are scraps everywhere then you may become short tempered, and that also could make you late for your exam. In the morning: I suggest a big breakfast but not to filling. You need to be feeling light on your way to your exam. You could have some tuna and some veggies. The thing is that (you probably know this) if you don't have breakfast your brain can not work to it's full percentage until 11 am. So have a good breakfast and some fish for dinner and you will smash that exam...good luck!

Take lots of sugar on breakfast and lunch, and carbs and protein on dinner. Sugar quickly gives you ready energy for your activities like thinking. But it depletes quickly.

Protein and carbs requires more energy to metabolize, but the energy last longer.

Also, if you need to sleep early, the drousynes you get from eating carbs helps you fall asleep normally. Usually when I get anxious about something, i' m having hard time sleeping.
