Should I jog before of after I eat?
Iv been going for a 20 minute jog about once a day lately as part of my weight loss plan, and today I jogged, and ate afterwords and I felt like I had gained a bit of weight just because of that, kind of like a food baby? (If anyone knows the term). So basically my question is should I run before or after I eat and which will burn more calories, or is it equivalent?
Thanks ahead of time

I try to jog between meals. If I jog on an empty stomach I'll get dizzy and won't have enough strength to push myself. If I jog on a full stomach I'll just get stomach pains. If you exercise to lose calories you might end up cutting back on food which will mean you won't have enough strength to build a toned body. If you exercise to feel good and reach certain fitness goals you need to eat more to fuel your body but you will have better focus. I'd urge you not to focus on calories but rather on speed strenght and agility. The rest will fall into place.

What my mom found that worked for her was taking a jog in the morning right when you wake up, then at the end of the day (afternoon) she would go workout at a workout place for like 20-40 mins. She has been doing great!
