I very highly doubt you will. All the exercise you have been doing means that you will be turning fat into muscle and muscle itself burns up more energy even if you take a day off.

Taking some time out is vital during exercise so that you can rest and also from my own experience it just helps you to give a break from it all so your not forcing yourself to do it.

Enjoy your rest, Im sure you've earned it, and you really have nothing to worry about. If you've been running 6 days straight, I think its even more vital you had this rest. Just make sure your not overdoing it. running puts a lot of pressure on your joints, so if you havn't already invest in some good running shoes which have built in shock absorbers.

Take care, and just dont over do it, its more important that your happy and healthy, and take breaks.

No, if you are eating right then no you will not gain weight. I highly recommend, however, even if you are a woman, to do some type of weightlifting because this way you are constantly burning fat and your metabolism skyrockets. You will not get bulky, your body wont permit it. If you throw just a little bit of weighttraining with weight that will work you good enough, you wont have to worry about gaining pounds on your break days. In fact, you'll lose weight and recover on these days.

Definately not! You NEED to take a day off once in awhile, preferably once a week, in order to allow your body to recover. You're doing your body good - actually, by letting your body rest and recover, you are giving it more time to break down fat, thus losing more weight.

I don't think you would gain weight from this. I'm pretty sure it depends on your metabolism but you should be fine.
