I Have A Few Harry Potter Questions?
It saddens me to say so, but it's true.
Snogging?
Wotcher (Wortcher?)?
Who is the Half-Blood Prince?
What was the name of Harry's mother? (Full name, if possible!)
How does one ger Weatherby from Weasly?
If Harry knew what he was doing, do you think that he would've ended up marrying Cho instead of Ginny?
If Voldemort had thought of Neville Longbottom, would Neville be the one with the scar? Or, would his mom not die for him, and there be no one to defeat the Dark Lord?
Is there a spell that you can put on an object to tack where it is? If so, what's it called? And how to you say it? (Like The Killing Curse is Avada Kedavra.)

Snogging - Making Out
Wotcher - What's up? / How's it going?
Half-Blood Prince - Snape
Harry's Mother - Lilly Evans (Not sure of the middle name) Married to James Potter, and became Lilly Potter
Cho vs. Ginny - I can see what you're getting at. Do you mean when Harry asked Cho to go with him to meet Hermione on Valentine's Day? Either way, no. Ginny was meant for him. Cho was just a silly crush.
Neville - I'm sure his mother would have died for him. But, he doesn't seem to have the natural talent of one Harry Potter. However, if he was the one with the scar...I mean, some of Voldemort would have gone into him, like it did for Harry, right? In which case, he might've had a chance at defeating the Dark Lord and living to tell the tale.
Tracking Spell - I don't think there is, but I could be wrong.

Snogging? KISSING
Wotcher (Wortcher?)? WHAT ARE YOU (LIKE WOTCHER DOING?)
Who is the Half-Blood Prince? SEVERUS SNAPE
What was the name of Harry's mother? (Full name, if possible!) LILY EVANS
How does one ger Weatherby from Weasly? ITS JUST WHAT MR. CROUCH CALLS PERCY MISTAKENLY
If Harry knew what he was doing, do you think that he would've ended up marrying Cho instead of Ginny? NO. GINNY WAS THE ONE HE TRULY LIKED
If Voldemort had thought of Neville Longbottom, would Neville be the one with the scar? Or, would his mom not die for him, and there be no one to defeat the Dark Lord? I THINK HIS MOM WOULD HAVE DIED FOR HIM TOO. BUT THE PROOHECY WAS MEANT FOR IT TO BE HARRY
Is there a spell that you can put on an object to tack where it is? If so, what's it called? And how to you say it? (Like The Killing Curse is Avada Kedavra.) NO THERE IS NO SUCH SPELL OFCORSE! OR THEY WOULD HAVE JUST USED IT TO FIND THE HORCRUXES

Snogging?
British term for 'making-out'
Wotcher?
'What's up?'
Who is the Half-blood Prince?
Revealed at the end of book 6.
SPOILER: it's Snape.
What was the name of Harry's mother?
Lily Evans (not sure of her middle name, sorry). Became Lily Potter.
How does one get Weatherby from Weasley?
Not hard. Look at spelling, and pronunciation.
If Harry knew what he was doing, do you think that he would've ended up marrying Cho instead of Ginny?
Not quite sure what you're asking here.
If Voldemort had thought of Neville Longbottom, would Neville be the one with the scar? Or, would his Mum not die for him, and there be no one to defeat the Dark Lord?
One of the many 'What if's?' of the series. I think Neville's Mum would've died for him, and he would've been the one to have to defeat Voldemort...problem is, he's nowhere near as naturally talented as Harry, so he would've had a much harder time.
Is there a spell that you can put on an object to track it?
Yes, I think so. There's one for people.
If so, what's it called?
The one for people is The Trace, only works for under 17's.
And how do you say it?
I don't know.
Hope that helps.

Snogging is a British word for 'making out', and Harry Potter is British so they say snogging.
Wotcher is also a friendly greeting in Britain, perhaps just form a certain region, as where I live in Britain I don't know anyone who says wotcher.
Half-Blood Prince is Snape, you find this out at the end of the 6th book.
Lily Evans is Harry's mother.
JK Rowling had to find a name similar, common and funny, Weatherby is slightly similar, starting with Wea and ending with y, is more common name and it's quite funny to imagine him saying 'yes, yes, Weatherby.'
No, because he would've fallen in love with Ginny anyway. Cho was always a waste of time, that breakup was just a wakeup call, she never really liked him, she only tried to date him to talk about Cedric.
This was something Harry considered at the start of the 6th book. In truth, Lily could've been spared by Voldemort at Snape's request. He kept telling her to step aside and she wouldn't, and that's how she protected Harry. If it wasn't for Snape asking to spare Lily, Voldemort would've killed her instantly and the love protection wouldn't have worked. So, as Snape did not love Neville's mum, they would both have been murdered instantly and Neville would have just died.
There may well be a spell like that, but JK Rowling hasn't revealed it yet so no one knows how you say it.

Snogging = kissing
Wotcher = A greeting, like what's up
Who is the Half-Blood Prince = Severus Snape
Harry's mom's full name = Lily Evans, later Lily Potter
No, I think that he would always marry Ginny
Well, I'm not going to put why, because I don't know if you've read the 7th book yet, but Neville's mom would be unable to die for him. Therefore there would be no story.
It's not exactly a spell, so I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but there is the Trace. If anyone under 17 does magic, then the Trace notifies the Ministry of Magic. Once you're over that age, there's not a tracking spell that I know of.

snogging: making out
Wotcher: a sort of greeting, kind of like "how are you doing?" or "hi"
Half-Blood Prince: Severus Snape
Harry's mom: Lily Evans, then Lily Potter after marriage to James Potter
Weatherby: it's simply to show how little the Minister of Magic cared about his employees. he didn't care enough to remember Percy's name.
Cho vs. Ginny: GINNY!!! Cho is annoying.
Neville: Neville's mother might have died for him, but maybe not. If she had, he would have the scar, but if she hadn't, he would have simply died. I'm sure someone would have defeated Voldemort eventually, but it probably would have taken a lot longer.
Spell: they did have a spell that would sort of track underage wizards if they used magic...called the Trace, but I'm not sure what the actual spell is...other than that I'm not sure.

Professor snape was the prince.
Harry's moms name was Lilly Potter.
I always thought Harry would end up with Cho, it bothered me he ended up with Ginny.
Its been so long ago but for some reason I always thought nevilles parents died as well by lord voldemort and that his guardian was his grandmother?? Neville was at one point courageous for his friends but can you imagine an accident prone character to be the protagonist in Harry's place? It would be more of a comic fantasy story rather than an intriguing, suspenseful, and horror like story. What's the point of trying to create an evil character such as voldemort if Neville would just make it too easy to be destroyed thus making voldemort look less fearful. Without someone like Harry to fight back without giving up, the dark lord would've taken over in a blink of an eye and there'd be no story and you wouldn't be asking these questions. Hahaha

Snogging? Basically means making out.
Wotcher? I'm not sure.
Half Blood Prince? Professor Snape
Harry's mother? Lily evans
Weatherby? Idk. That's what the minister called Percy Weasley. I'm not sure of the reason.
Cho vs. Ginny? Ginny of course.
Neville? Maybe
Spell? I don't think so

snogging is a term for "making out"
The thing with Cho was just a crush, Ginny was the one who was there when it mattered as the Harry character matured he began to realize this.
Voldemort did not think of Neville Longbottom because he wasn't necessarily in the prophecy (it was harry who fulfilled the prophecy after all, not Neville) and he DID torture Neville's mother a while back before the books start I think.

1) Making out, kissing, you get the gist of it.
2) What's up? How's it going?
3) Snape, his mother was Eileen Prince, a muggleborn.
4) Lily Evans-Potter
5) Absolutely not.
6) That is the question! :O
7) There's the Trace, which is used to detect underage wizards who use magic outside of Hogwarts.
