If she calls the INS she loses the chance to get more money out of you.
You can't stop her from doing anything she wants to do, so live your life the best way you can. If you want to establish visitation with your son, a judge will probably also require that you pay child support through the clerk of court. Contact the legal services agency in your area. Christine

Well the question itself sounded way dumb bit once explained its enough if she threatened to call INS then you should I mean its either leave or get deported. Try to have lots of contact with your son , don't be the dad that walked out .

Leave her because she is exploiting the situation, but you have to pay for child support. Get legal help to lay down the conditions. So that she wont manipulate you in future, no point in living with anxiety.

Bueno, es un historia triste por cierto. No se porque estaba con ella en la primera vez,,,no se si es necesario a decir es por la raza...creo que ella seria mala en cualquier sitio. Entonces...haga lo que quiere...pero un hijo sera sin padre.
