Has anyone ever tried the Green Coffee Bean Extract for weight loss and what is your results?
Today is Day 2 for me. I'm taking 800 mg. I take 2 pills in the morning. It's amazing how already it has curbed my appetite with absolutely no cravings. It doesn't leave you jittery at all. I'm very excited to see the outcome. Just wondering if anyone else out there has tried this and what results and even recommendations you have.

My husband and I have planned for the last 6 months to go to NYC and wonder if we need to change our plans. We are leaving on Sept 16th driving up from Florida.

2 AnswersNew York City1 decade agoHow long after you start taking Chemo do you lose your hair?
I start my Chemo next week. (Breast Cancer) It will be 4 treatments - taxitere/cytoxin. They will be 3 weeks apart. After that it will be 6 weeks of radiation. I know this may sound silly but my greatest fear is losing my hair. I know it's different with everyone. I go tomorrow for "chemo training" and I know a lot of my questions will be answered there. I'm just wondering those of you that have gone thru Chemo what kind of side effects did you have after your first treatment.
I appreciate so much any information that you can pass on to me.
7 AnswersCancer1 decade agoWhat should I expect from my mammogram ultrasound results?
I had the ultrasound done on Friday on my right breast. The doctor's office just called for me to come in this afternoon saying the doctor needed to go over the results with me. I'm as nervous as I can be. Any advice from anyone??

13 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWho do you think will be eliminated tonight on American Idol?
Tonight it will be a "double" elimination. It's anybody's guess. The only ones that I feel are truly safe are; Chrystal, Lee, and amazingly Tim.
I feel strongly though going home will be Andrew and possibly Aaron.
What's your feel on this?
16 AnswersReality Television1 decade agoHow do you praise God when you don't understand what is happening in your life?
Life has it's ups and downs. It's always easy to praise God when everything is going good. But there are times when we get discouraged and feel that the Lord is not near. That's when I have to really focus on GOD. I have to learn to trust him and worship him even more. I remember all his promises ... he will never leave nor forsake me.
15 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhat is the Greatest Story of Faith in the Bible?
One of the greatest stories is found in Mark 5: 24-34. This speaks of a woman who had an issue of blood for 12 years. She reached out to Christ, touched the hem of His garment and was instantly healed. Her faith is what healed her. She had faith that if she could just touch the hem of his garment she would be healed and she was. How many of us have that kind of faith.
15 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoAre there things in your life that you would like to change?
None of us know how much time that we have left in our life. But if you could slow down and rearrange your life what would it be. For me, it would be less quick to anger, and show appreciation more to the people that I love most in this life. And more importantly, I would give more time in prayer and thankfullness to God for all the good things he has blessed me with in this life.
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoChristians: Do you feel sometimes that "good people" are not always good parents?
Parents can be faithful to God in all they do, but they fail miserably in giving their children the needed disciple, guidance and instruction. We like to think that if people are righteous and good, that their children will be also. A relationship with God doesn't work that way. Children cannot inherit righteousness. As parents, all you can do is "train up a child in the way he should go". (Proverbs 22:6). Teach your children , right from wrong. You've done your part.

18 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhat is your happiest and best Christmas memory?
For me, it was Christmas of 1989. My children were small and it was the first time here in Florida that we ever had a "White Christmas". In fact, it hasn't snowed since! I still remember seeing my 2 little girls playing out in the snow with their Daddy, building snowmen and throwing snowballs. It truly was the best Christmas ever. It was their last Christmas with him. He died the following November.

17 AnswersPolls & Surveys1 decade agoHave you ever gotten a speeding ticket?
How much over the speeding limit were you going? I've really been lucky in the sense the only time I was pulled for speeding, the cop just gave me a warning ticket. I think when he saw I never had gotten one my entire life, he felt sorry for me. I was going about 10 miles over in a 35 MPH zone.
