I am to report tomorow in Dallas, Texas for probation oreintation. The problem is thw paperwork I am instructed to take with me is at my parents house about two hours away. What legal actions will be taken toward me? I am a transfer and have violated once before but I was not charged with a violation, I was re-instated after jail time. What do I do, I really dont want to go back to jail!!

Like an idiot I left a pen in my apron and washed it the put in the dryer. Now my clothes are ruined but more importantly the dryer has ink all over it. Will future laods be ruined? How do I clean it out? Must I buy a new dryer?? Please help!!

I fell in love with my boyfriend from the first date. He met my parents after a couple months, they were a little wary about the age difference (I am 23, he is 41). Things are moving fast, after a couple months we moved in together. Everything was going fine until I found out he has issues far greater than I ever thought. When he gets really drunk he turns really mean for no reason. My family completely hates him and despised the fact that I am still with him. I completely love this guy and we are making changes to take control of this situation. Now I have to deal with my family, I cant stress enough how much my parents hate him (my mother has called the police just to come 'check things out', and she lives two hours away). But anyway, I have made the commitment to stand by his side and help him get the help he needs. Its not like I dont get anything out of the relationship...he does a lot for me also. Is this going to cause me to loose my family? How can I have both??

Car company towed car after saying it would not???

I am late on a payment for my cay, I was given a verbal extension until this afternoon to bring the money in, which I am prepared to do. I woke up to find that my car had infact been towed while I was asleep. I spoke to the person handling my case, he only responded that there is nothing he can do. I argued that he had given me an extension and this was unfair. I then asked what I would have to do to regain possession of the vehicle. He informed me to pay the late payment, with this months included that is not due yet. I agreed, he then told me that I would have to pay what the towing company is charging. I called them up and they told me they are charging me 548.00, plus a daily fee of 100.00. The company I am buying my car from says I have 10 days to pay them before my car geos to auction. Is there anything I can do because I was given a verbal extension of the payment and the car was taken anyway?? Thanks!

I admit that I am behind on my car payment, today hit the 30 day. My car company is now telling me that if I dont return the car that they can press charges for stolen property. I do not want any further trouble and will surrender the vehicle if necessary but is it legal. And what can I do to avoid legal trouble.

I recently submitted an electronic application for my State of Texas EMS certification. Within a couple weeks my name was posted and my certification was valid. Now my name is showing "pending-deficies". I am unable to work and can not contact anyone through the state as to why I am having this problem or how to eraticate it.
