I often have my hair colored weather it be professionally done or at home box color. What should I put in my hair every day to keep it healthy and strong? It seems a bit dry but when i use moisturizers or sprays it looks so greasy and dirty. What should I do? Thanks in advance

I have a cat whom I rescued about a year ago. She's maybe a year and a half old, I'm not sure. Anyway she's been the only pet cat for this whole time. Well lately she seems bored and even sad. I'm thinking that maybe she's lonely. What can I buy or do that's exciting for a cat? I forgot to mention this is the first kitty I've owned (I've always had dogs) so I'm not sure on their mannerisims. I've thought about adopting a kitten but I'm worried about a few things. Since my cat has never been around another cat I'm worried she may "act out" being an only kitty she's NEVER showed any aggression, never hissed, never scratched, never ever done anything of the sort. She doesn't "spray" to mark territory or anything else. These are things I'm worried may happen if I bring another kitty into the picture. Am I over reacting or is this a likely situation? Should I not even worry about this and she will be fine if I just leave things the way they are now?

I bought a small water dragon about a month ago. It is still very small. About 3 inches from nose to base of tail. When I bought it he was bright green, about 3 weeks ago he turned brown and shed his skin. Well like I said its 3 weeks later and he's still brown! Is this normal or is something wrong?

Im 15 weeks and I've started cramping today. It's been going on for about 5 hours now and it's becoming very uncomfortable. Should I be worried? My sisters ex boyfriend came to our house last night and my sister and him got into an argument. I then went to the door to tell him he needed to leave, he then hit me several times. I have marks, bruises and several knots on my head as well as a swollen finger. I didn't hit him back simply because he hit me by surprise and I had no time to defend myself. My sister called the police but her ex had already left. I filed a police report and I wanted to know if there was something more I can do. He isn't the type of guy that will just go away, also I wanted to know if I go to the hospital because of my injuries could I make him pay for it? I don't have medical insurance.

Sometimes the truck will start up with no problem, other times it won't start at all. She has changed the starter, the cylinoid and the battery. The alternator has been checked and is good. Also it's a manual engine, I'm not sure if that matters. Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated.
