Can someone call you a caretaker, charge you for living there but refuse to fix any problems and then say, "I'm not a land lord you're the caretaker"? I've been doing a lot of research I don't think it is, but I'd like some other ideas

My husband seems to think that he is, but I argueed against it since one of our friends who's an avid comic reader said he wasn't. I was told to prove it, I honestly don't know where to look. So, is Prof. X the ultimate bad guy or is this just something he dreamed up?

We had our water tested and it is very hard, does that mean more or less soap in the washer? I'm not really sure what difference hard and soft water makes.

I have a 29 gallon tank and all of the other things (pH, Ammonia, Nitrates) are normal but the nitrites are high. Everyone at the fish stores are dumbfounded we put in the chemical that is supposed to lower it but it doesn't seem to help. I have had a small tank most of my childhood until highschool, and I never had this problem.

They are closing the one in New York and moving it to Vegas, do you think they should just keep it close or go with the move?

I called the doctor's office first thing this morning and they think it sounds like a virus and maybe a touch of food poisoning but I don't know. They don't want me to bring him in unless he gets worse and they'll call me back periodically through the day but, we ate at Chili's last night and both my husband and myself got sick after we got home. And our son ate what we ate. He threw up during the night and some this morning and he is exhausted . He is usally full of energy and hates to sleep didn't know if anyone else had that experience.

Yesterday I had my shoes off and walked to the mailbox and stepped on a thumbtack. It looked new but had no rust on it and it did not go to deep in my foot. I bleed a little and cleaned it with peroxide. You can't tell where I stepped on it. My foot is not swollen or red but it hurts alot. I tried calling the doctor but they haven't called back and didn't know if I should just get a tetanus shot anyway, I had my last one about...6 years ago or so.

I just watched the Film of Rent and believed it should have just been left as a play. Does anyone agree or have an opinion?

They say red wine has antioxidents to prevent heart disease...I was wondering if grape juice did the same thing...
