Background info: I am 23, i have had OCD since age 9, but no other health probs.

So i feel like something is wrong with me, mostly that i change my mind all the time, or everythings always in flux, i have a shopping problem, but it only bothers me somedays, other days i refuse to spend any money, everything is black and white it seems and if somebody double crosses me once they are on my avoid list forever, and i change jobs a lot. i have had sixteen jobs.the prob with jobs is i get restless, wonder why i am even there? or somebody double crosses me or says something and i turn into a baby. Somedays i feel i have the emotional ability of a 5 year old, i forget how to do a lot of stuff, and other days i am on top of my game, doing great etc.

everyhing is always chaning. somedays i dress punk other days it is hippie or preppy designer, i just feel like there is no consistency in my life. i always changed my major in school but now i have 3 degrees due to the fact that i am constantly taking random classes and getting involved with certifications and such.

there are some things that stay the same with me but it is really hard on my relationships. particularly my significant other some days i have zip interest in him other days im obsessed.

the big thing that got me to ask is something wrong with me,.... is that i keep forgetting stuff. i forget people, places, have gaps in my mind on memories. its weird.

i just want to know what do you guys think this is??? maybe nothing?

how/when should i tell my job about my upcoming surgery?

i just got this job.... the surgery is march 20th, i dont know if i should tell them in march or tell them now?

i will need a week off, and then in a cast for 8 weeks (not sure if they will let me wear the cast due to the fact that this job is in a nursing home)

I feel like if i tell them, they will say forget the job. but if i wait they will be mad too.

What do you think i should do?

my fasting blood sugar is at 118, 115, on two dif tests.

I am 5'5' 125 lb female age 23

dont drink or smoke and i eat a very healthy diet. I work out every day.

I have nobody in my family with diabetes.

but the doc said its a high number for fasting.

What do u guys think, and is there something i should do to bring it down, thank you

ok so i feel like ive been so wrapped up in my relationship (dating 8 years, still no wedding date or ring) that ive neglected myself.

i have put my plans of going back to school on hold for 2 years thinking that he would have me move in with him (He lives in florida, i live in illinois).

I have waited and waited for this man, given him 1000 opportunities to propose or discuss getting married, but he is still not ready. He told me the year 2020 is when he will be ready (what a joke) and then said really at the earliest 4 years from now.

Well its just hit me like a sack of bricks, ive built my whole life around him (fleetwood mac song anybody?) And im STUCK

i want to get out of this. I need some ideas. i dont necessarily plan to leave him, but i have become a long term GF and lost myself in the process

girls can you relate and what do you think would be some ideas to fix this

ive been dating my bf nearly 8 years.

he keeps saying hes 100% sure he wants to marry me he just 'isnt ready'

we are young he is 25 and i am 23.

he says he wants to buy an apartment building and rent it to make money first and have this as a stable career before he asks me to marry him

i think its stupid for me to wait around , as much as i love him , i should be dating around and in an open relationship, but he says he will not even consider me as a future wife if we are in an open relationship

so im kinda stuck. on one hand i want to wait for him. but i think he is putting his needs before mine and it is frustrating

but i dont wanna leave because i love him like crazy and want to be married to him.

it is red flat and looks like little scabs it itches and stings and this has been going on and off for a few weeks. i feel so stupid i just went to the gyno a few days ago and totally forgot to ask and i had that gown on when she did the breast exam so she didnt see the rash.

it looks slightly scaly and spotty and im not sure should i go to the dermatologist or put something on it, what do u think i should put on it

i had my first pap done 2 days ago , how long does it usually take. do they mail it to you or call

i went to the gynos a few days ago first time appointment, the dr she said that my uterus is on the left side which is kind of strange. she didnt seem too concerned about it especially since i am not trying to concieve at this time.

besides cancer i maen i know thats an option but what else. it is on the right side of the neck about a golf-ball sized lump.

My doctor prescribed this to me as i have had swelling my my jaw area that hasnt completely gone away and some pain with chewing.

i had one bunion surgery done earlier this year , i am happy with the result but the recovery was quite long. I need two more bunion surgeries but one is on my big toe i am guessing that is more painful than the little toe surgery

my scar is still quite ugly looking will it go away?? And also do you really go back to wearing any shoes because i a still pretty limited in shoe choices :(

weve been dating a little over 7 years, i am waiting on the ring but he never gave me one yet and he says he wants to be more financially secure and acheive his goals/dreas before he can be 'ready ' for marriage.

1 yr 9 months ago he moved across the country, he is about a 1,000 miles away. Since then he has flown out to see me once.

i want him to come out to see me more. I go down there every few months or when i can afford it as i am currently out of a job. He says he cant come out to see me because of his work they wont let him have a day off. But his work gives him EVERY single weekend off!! so he could do that?

he also had his tonsils out recently and since about april of this year has used that as a reason why he cant see me

I have offered to pay for the full ticket for him and everything. I have paid my own tickets down to see him. I send cards, presents, email, skype, chocolates, etc. I try to keep things good with us

He says he loves me and wants to marry me but gets angry when i bring up marriage or the future

he always gets angry when i beg him to come visit me. Now it has been nearly a year since he has visited me. yes weve had some bumps in our relaitonship, but i feel like he has NO excuse

i start work as a Nurse Assistant in october. im a little worried mostly about hurting my back and also having to clean...the old mens...you know whats.

I know it sounds silly or whatever but its a fear of mine. Do you get over it pretty quick? >And how do you prevent hurting your back if the person is heavy?

they offer that program at my community college. Not sure if it is worth it to take. it is 1500$.

however i cannot find a job with my current degree. Do dental assistants make more than minimum and find jobs?

i have a bachelors in science for pre-med (nutrition) . im 22 and im thinking about nursing school for RN.

the only thing that is bothering me a lot is needles i am afraid to hurt people and also cathethers and post-mortem care (yikes!!)

are those things that you get over or learn to deal with? I am mostly looking at this field becase im interested in healthcare and it provides a steady paycheck. Seems like nurses always get jobs too.

They have a lot of those agencies hiring i was thinking of applying they said its pretty much a gauranteed job they really like me, sadly it is minimu wage and turnover is high so what do u think
