FINDINGS:

Images degraded by patient breathing motion artifacts.

There is a multiloculated bright T2 and low T1 structure identified

within the pancreatic body measuring approximately 4.0 x 2.7 cm in size.

This demonstrates diffusion restriction on the diffusion images. Similar

findings near the uncinate process in area measuring approximately 1.8 x

1.6 cm in size. No significant enhancement is seen following gadolinium

administration. No enhancing pancreatic lesions are identified. Biliary

tree and pancreatic duct within normal limits in caliber. Common bile

duct measures up to 4 mm. Pancreatic duct measures approximately 1 mm in

caliber.

No peripancreatic inflammatory changes are seen.

Liver demonstrates two focal bright T2 and low T1 structures within the

tip of the left lobe, laterally and central aspect of the right lobe. The

lesion within the left lobe measuring 12 mm demonstrates no significant

enhancement following gadolinium administration suggestive of a cyst. The

smaller one in the right lobe measuring 5 mm is difficult to characterize

due to small size.

IMPRESSION: At least two multiloculated cystic lesions involving the

pancreatic tail and uncinate process suggestive of sidebranch intraductal

papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMN).

Two tiny liver lesions which may represent cysts but the smaller one is

too small to fully characterize.

My step-daughter bought a new mobile home. She has moved in and she still doesn't have towel bars or toilet paper holders, plus the mailbox has yet to be put up. Is this legal?

I live in NE Ohio. I want to re-do a section of my yard but it's going to be expensive (for me). I know what plants I want to go where but I don't have the area ready for planting; I need to transplant some things and then make a raised bed with pavers.

The plants I want start to go on sale about now. Is there a moderately successful way to 'winter them over' if I were to purchase them now. I was thinking about 'planting' them temporarily elsewhere in the yard while they are still in the pot and then give them a good layer of mulch....

In the spring, when I get their permanent place prepared, I would just transplant them (sans pot). Even though the plants are cheaper now, would I be wasting my money to expect them to winter over this way?

I used to be able to watch you tube but now I consistently get the 'Error' message. I've updated Adobe Flash and Java and I'm at my wits end! I use Mozilla Firefox and have that updated as well.

I've been trying to get my cache cleared with Firebox but it just won't do it. I'm so feed up I'm about to switch to a different browser but I don't want to lose my bookmarks. Do I download a new browser, import the bookmarks and then delete Firefox?

I'll be doing something on-line and all of the sudden I get a whole page pop-up asking me to update my Java, or my Firefox browser or something about Asian beauties. I have a fire-wall and Malware; how can I stop this from happening?

I've had a couple light bulbs burn out in my ceiling fan fixture and want to replace them with the 'new' ones. If my ceiling fixture reccommended a max of 40 watts, can I replace it with a new one that is equivalent to 60 watts but runs on only 13 watts? I would like to get more light in the room but don't want to create a fire hazard. Thanks.

I want to buy a DVD player that I can also record to from the TV. Does this mean the DVD unit needs to have a tuner in it?

My boyfriend and I have had some ups and downs but things have been going good the last few weeks and we've been spending a lot of time together. He just left a message on my answering service that he was sorry he missed my call; but, I didn't call him today. What should I do?

I got upset earlier when I saw that my B/F had 'friended' a girl who I know was interested in him and we laid down rules about that. He swears he doesn't know how it happened and that someone is out to sabotage our relationship.

Is there any way they would show up as friends when no one sent a request or accepted one?

Or am I just being lied to?

I've been seeing this guy for 6 weeks; we'll call him Dave. We really hit it off and felt like we 'fell in love' real quickly. It's been a very hot and humid summer here so we have spent all this time at his place watching movies and making love. (He has central air; I don't.) He says he loves me and would be devastated if I were to leave him, and that he's never met anyone like me. We're not teenagers, and both have had serious relationships prior to this.

At the end of week 4, I was starting to get upset that he had yet to take me out on a date. (I am over-weight and started wondering if he was ashamed to be seen with me.) I told him I was starting to feel like a booty call and that upset him because he took it to mean that I was calling him a liar for the times he said he loved me and such.

We finally went out a week ago Saturday. It was to a bar opening to which I was designated driver for him and one of his friends. I felt happy that we were finally going on a 'sort of' date. During our time there, he played pool with his friend for about 5 games while I just sat at the bar; he never asked me to play pool. A few days after that, I noticed on his Facebook page that he was still listed as 'Interested in women' although he had also listed that he was in a relationship with me and I sort of lost it.

I finally told him how I'd been feeling. I didn't want to really say much before because I didn't want him to take me out because I made an issue out of it. I needed to feel like he WANTED to take me out and be seen with me. He was upset and accused me of calling him a liar for the times he told me he loved me; that I didn't believe in him and called but I didn't return his call because I was so hurt. That was a few days ago and I haven't heard from him since. Prior to all this, he had bought me flowers and candy a couple of times, but just never took me out on a date. Am I wrong to feel insecure about the relationship? About myself? Could it be that he's just really clueless when it comes to 'romancing' a woman' in terms of taking her out to a movie or dinner? (He makes decent money.)

Did I sabotage something that had really good potential because of past hurts and insecurities or was I right to wonder if I was only a little more than a booty call?
