I am making a custom size label on MS word 2007 and I can't seem to set the margins. I put in the size of the label and when I put in the margins to center the address 2.5" from the top and 1.5 from the side it tells me "margins, labels size produces a page that is larger than the label page size" When I take the margins out it lets me create custom size label and then I "eyeball" where I want the type to fall. This works but seems crazy not to be able to set margins. I looked at MS web page and it just said to make sure that the label plus the margins don't exceed label size. I don't want them added together, just want to set margins.

I bought a NetGear Wireless-N Router and didn't realize I also need adapters. Do I need an adapter for both computers I'm networking. If so which adapter(s) would I purchase for two desk top computers. On the Router box the choices are PCI, USB or Express Card adapter.

My 10 yr, old daughter hangs out with a group of 5 other girls,one of whom she and the rest of the girls find annoying and clingy. This girl's mom and I are very close friends. My daughter told this girl in a nice way that she can be very annoying, but that just made her try harder to fit in. I told my daughter she should just accept this girl as she is. I suggested that when this girl follows my daughter and her best friend to try and take turns each one spending alone time with the girl to make her feel included. My daughter doesn't like any of my ideas. To complicate matters I'm really good friends with this girls mom and we used to all get together. This has been happening the last few weeks so I haven't called my friend. Really don't know what to do about this.

Math 5th grade how to estimate when multiplying decimals?

My daughter (and I) are confused about rules for estimating when multiplying decimals. The example is 2.4 x 45.2. I thought estimating would be 2 x 45 (given the .4 and .2 is below .5 which then you would round down). The teacher listed rules, in first underlining the largest place value(for 2.4 would be 2; 45.2 would be 4); second round the numbers in 2.4 becomes 2 and 45.2 becomes 50. third mulitply 2 x 50. He then gives 3 examples to round to the largest place: 18.002, 346.2 and 23,453. What would the answers be and can you give any other hints on how to learn this?

I have a RAZr 3 from TMobile which went through the wash. Bought an unlocked cell ph. on ebay and put TMobile SIM card in it. It works but all the Cingular icons are still there. What can I do?

My ex left when our daughter was 10 mos.old. 3 months later he got a girl pregnant, probably was seeing her while we were married. My daughter who is 10 has 1/2 brother who is 8. My ex lives with this lady & his son & is active in my daughter's life. My daughter knows how babies are made and knows this is her half brother. Somehow she's not getting it or I feel more likely blocking or not wanting to face it. when it comes up I have told her that she and her brother have the same father.She gets defensive and says"he can't be they're not married, or he can't look like dad, he looks like his morm, or she'll ask "how did dad even meet her and Riley" Which I can honestly say "I don't know". I've talked to my ex and he just nervously laughs. Thanks for any advice.

I've been divorced about 6 years and recently met what I thought was an awesome guy. He was divorced twice We dated a couple of times and our feelings were pretty intense. He called a week ago saying he, his brother and nephew were going up north for the weekend and would call when he returned. that was Monday and he hasn't called. Why would a guy show all the signs he's interested, then he doesn't call?.

I met a guy a few weeks ago at a over 35 singles dance. and we really hit it off. He called me twice during the week and we went out the following fri nite. chatted and had drinks and came back to my place. we kissed and it was "electric". We kissed for quite a while. I know if I said "let's go upstairs" he would have, but I just met him and said "you have to go" He left and called me during the week as he was going upstate to visit his brother and nephew. He said he'd call me when he got back. That was Monday and I haven't heard anything. I could call him, but if he's interested and said he'd call I figure he would. Why do you think he hasn't called?

for the past week I've had continuous cankers on the roof of my mouth, front of my tongue and side way at the back near my throat. some foods bother them more than others. I take pain relief and salve over the counter which helps. but once those wear off it's just as bad.

for the past week I can't get rid of mouth cankers. I have them on the roof of my mouth as well as far back near my throat. the worst ones are towards the front of my tongue. certain foods make them worse. I take tylenol for the discomfit and over the counter liquid for the cankers. I also have been keeping Ice chips in m mouth. all this works temporarily. after everything wears off they're back.

I've been divorced about 7 years, my daughter is 9 now. when she was 6 months and my life was crashing down I finally turned everything to the Lord, asked for forgiveness and accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. I started dating about 3 years ago and quickly met a nice Christian man. at about 10 months he was having committment issues I guess, so that ended. We remained celibate(although no one believed that) through our relationship. Since that ended 1 1/2 yr. ago, I've been trying to meet Christian men to no avail. My church is small so no luck there. I have dated other men but the talk about the Lord is missing. I recently met a man and I'm embarrased to say that my libido is in high gear. I enjoy his company and the physical component I foresee as a problem. I'm having a very hard time resisting. I miss the companionship and physical aspect of a marriage. I know it would be wrong, but I'm wavering. I'm very attracted to him and I've only seen him three times.

I had a new lawn put in a year ago spring and last summer it went very nicely. I did have some small bare patches(no grubs). Put lime down last fall and spring came up and I did some reseeding. some took, some didn't. Honestly I didn't water or fertilize as much as I should have. Started getting lots of weeds and would pull them Planned on overseeding(some of the lawn is good) in the fall, but not sure it's too late. Yesterday in the bare patches mushrooms started growing. It's hot this weekend(north) but that won't last. what should I do to get it into some kind of shape. It's about 20 x 16 feet area, so not huge.

She married young, had kids young and I went to their weddings. we would see each other time to time and always had fun. we would exchange xmas cards and a few years ago she stopped, so I did the next year as well. I had a feeling something wasn't right. she had a strong marriage, but thought she might be having difficulty and didn't want to share. I met a guy who happened to know the family and told me about 4 yrs. ago Kenny her brother a veternarian married with 3 little kids fell on hard times and committed suicide. I just feel awful. How should I best approach her given so much time has elapsed?

I am in sales and have trouble at times with the details in paperwork. It's becoming a problem because if mistakes are made it can be costly. I go back and check my work, but I don't always catch things. Any helpful ideas are appreciated

I am in sales and score very high on all the sales aptitude tests and miserably low in "paperwork". I truly try hard to fill out the estimtates, work orders correctly but am making mistakes that can be costly. My clients themselves don't always check things so I need to be doubly careful. I made myself a "quality control" check list which I'll start on Mon. I share an assistant with other sales people and she is very good. BUT she's getting stressed with mistakes we all are making.
