My friend is leaving for USA and she's looking for a farewell song she can sing. Most farewell songs are the other way round where you sing to the one departing.

I'm obliged to help my friend get pizza for his get-together and I'm wondering whether I could have some because if not, it'll be awkward, everyone else having pizza and me... broth.

I have a layman friend who has tampered with HTML and has mastered it. He has attempted self-study of the other formats mentioned above for website development and wonders where to go from there?

I am NOT a war monger, I do not think human suffering is generally acceptable but I have been wondering....

On one hand, someone needed to take Hitler down in WWII and the Japanese too. Without WWII, we wouldn't have had understood the effects of genocide and understood the importance of not following in their footsteps.

Afghanistan is war stricken but now their eyes are opened to a different way of living.

Without the war in America, they'd still be part of the UK.

On the other hand, many people died, many orphans exist because of war.

William Wilberforce fought for abolition peacefully.

India and America gained liberation peacefully.

What are your thoughts?

And what if civil war or revolution was the only you could ever see your country prosper or achieve total respect for human rights?

I'm trying to feed her with the bottle as she hasn't been weaned yet, being abandoned by her mother and all and she claws at the bottle and bites it anywhere else but the teat. Sometimes, my hand is an accidental casualty. Any ideas why and what I can do to nurse her without having to mummify my fingers later?
