My stepson got into a car accident, He is 16 years old and only has a learner's permit. He got a ticket for not yielding the right away and driving without a license driver with him. Should we get a lawyer? I am worried what action the judge will take with him. Any advice? Thank you

Help.. I heard on the phone that my stepdaughter's boyfriend threatened to kill her dad. He said "I'm so close to going over there and putting a knife to his throat" then he said to her I don' t care what you think, I'm really close to doing it" He is 15 years old and has beat up kids in school, to the point of hospitalizing. The daughter's response was " I wouldn't care I would love you forever." She is 14. Dad knows all about the phone call. My dilemma is if we say something to the boy's parents , the daugnter will have nothing to do with her father. If we call the police then .... will hit the fan. Any advice would be welcoming. Last night I was at a bar and saw my best friend's husband walk down the street with his neice. It looked suspicious. He was looking around to see if anyone was watching him. She had her hand extended for him to take it. She is a sexual girl and he's been known to do things that are not appropriate. She is 20 and he is 45. My friend had been maried to him for 25 years. My son is legally blind and deaf. He receives SSI. He is allowed to own a residence but cannot receive a lump sum when i die, or his SSI will be taken away from him. I want an insurance policy that will pay off the mortgage when I die. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help:)

I asked a question similiar to this a few weeks ago, but I now have new information. To those that have not read my first question I will retell the story. I bought a new nissan on 5/29. I traded in a car that had a ny salvage title written right across the front of it. Six weeks later the dealer sent me a letter telling me I committed a serious offense. I contacted DMV and they informed me I had not. The dealer now wants to be compensated in the amount of 1,000. He painted some of the car and has had it in his possession for over six weeks. I talked to him yesterday and he says if I don't pay him he will take me to court and win. He says he has done this several times and won.In the meantime I contacted the dealer that sold me the car with the salvage title and told him he never informed me when I bought the car that is was salvage. He said he did verbally, which is a lie. It was not on the bill of sale. What would you do if you were in situation?Thanks for your advice.

My husband's daughter doesn't want to visit with her father every other weekend due to an arguement they had over the way she dresses. The divorce papers state that he is entitled to see the kids every two weeks. The children's mother states the kids can make their own decision whether or not to come to our house. I recently became a mother of a 14 year old daughter. She comes to my house dressed in a very low cut tank top where her bra is 1/4 showing and shorts up to the cheeks. Her father has tried to talk to her about her clothing and she gets very defensive. She says she likes boys looking at her and she doesn't care what he thinks. She also told her dad that her mother lets her dress this way. I have never raised or a girl this age.Any advice?????

Apparantely it shows it right on front of the title. I signed the back of it where it says To the best of my knowlede the car has never been seriously damaged. I bought it used 2 1/2 years ago. Shouldn't he have noticed the work Salvage on the car or run a check on it? What are my options. Someone please help.
