Well there was something in the news the other day about drugs being easier to get than soap! Why don't the prisons just make visitors talk to inmates through a grill like in the movies? Problem solved. If they moan about their hooman rights, then remind them that, a) it's prison not Butlins and b) their own well-being is being ensured by living in a drug-free community.
