If you want to break something down to it's purest form, use fire. When someone is cremated you are left with the material used to make them, dust (or dirt). Your brain may be an exception though, it seems to be really big.

(Genesis 22:1-18) Abraham takes his own son up on a mountain and builds an altar upon which to burn him. He even lies to his son and has him help build the altar. Then Abraham ties his son to the altar and puts a knife to his throat. He then hears God tell him this was just a test of his faith. However, God still wanted to smell some burnt flesh so he tells Abraham to burn a ram.

Investigating reversing the earths spin rotation could happen only if the Earth's axis points switched places by spinning 180 degrees, or the earth somehow stops its rotation and begins spinning the other direction. The chances of the latter being impossible without an external force big enough to induce the halting and re spinning of the earth.

Since geomagnetic reversal has happened before, doesn't that negate the Islamic End Time prediction.

I was raised Catholic, moved around the major religions looking for "truth". I have to say, it was the most unhappy and depressing time (15 years) of my life.

As an atheist, I no longer feel the relentless pressing guilt of never being good enough for the god of the bible. (both testaments).

Anyone else feel that way?

If you are, there is a correlation between true moral actions being atheistic, rather than forced morality through frightening myths of a Christian god.
