Hello. I'm having a major stress so any answers would be helpful. Today, I downloaded a file from my skydrive onto my mum's computer to continue whilst at home. I spent a couple of hours editing it and then pressed 'save' NOT 'save as' before going to get a drink. When I came back up the computer had crashed but I assumed my work would be safe. It isn't. It has totally disappeared and I'm guessing it's because I was stupid and didn't choose 'save as' to make sure it had a safe home. I've searched the computer and my skydrive but I can't find it anywhere. Does anybody know where skydrive files goes when you just press 'save' or have any idea how I could go about recovering it? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I know some you might say this is obvious but I am genuinely interested. I don't eat junk food often - maybe a bag of crisps a week and the occasional take-away. This used to be fine but now whenever I eat anything remotely 'junky' I wake up feeling really sick - I went out a couple of weeks ago to an expensive italian restaurant for a friend's birthday (so it wasn't greasy and gross) and felt so bloated and sick for the rest of the night I could barely drink. I can't even enjoy a chinese or a bag of Doritos anymore because it gives me stomach cramps for days! Why can my body suddenly no longer handle anything processed or fatty? Like I said, I don't really bother with these things often (especially as a student, I can't really afford it) but I'm a bit sad if I can no longer divulge in an occasional treat! Any suggestions?

We just got a new microwave and I'm not really so sure how to use it but I managed to get it to heat some food. I decided that I'd set the food for too long so I opened the door but the microwave carried on working. :( I shut the door again straightaway. Will it have done anything to me? I get nervous about all this radiation damage stuff!

My boyfriend and I would really like to go next summer. However, we don't have a car and can only really afford 1-2 days at the parks. We mainly want to check out the beaches and generally wander about. Where is a good central place to stay? I know most hotels tend to not be very centralised so any suggestions would be helpful.

I'm booked in to get my first ever tattoo tomorrow but over the past couple of days I've started to developing a blotchy and itchy red rash all over my torso. It started off as tiny red dots on my stomach - they sort of resembled hives and now it's spread to my thighs, upper stomach, boobs and underneath my arms. Plus, my back is getting itchy too. Is it still safe to have a tattoo when I'm either ill or in the middle of an allergic reaction or should I postpone?

Hi, my sister is desperate for a new camera for her birthday. We're a family of photography enthusiasts and I personally own a Nikon D40, however, my sister wants something a little smaller (more possible to carry safely on nights out) but with the quality of photos offered from a digital SLR. Size wise I'm looking for something not much bigger than a regular digital camera but with more potential in terms of shots. Please help, I don't really know where to start looking. Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)

I woke up this morning to pain underneath my ears (around the end of my jaw). It's quite uncomfortable not only when opening my mouth, eating, talking but also on contact.

This is the first day I've had it.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas of what it could be? Worth a trip to the doctors?

I have an itchy red rash around my jaw, neck and on one cheek. It's accompanied by toothache (which is on the same side as cheek rash).

Any ideas what this could be?

Or how to treat it? It's driving me craaazzzy!

I have really sore painful gums around the area in which I am cutting a wisdom tooth.

I went to the dentist and she said I had an infection and gave me some antibiotics.

I now have a red rash around the bottom of my face, jaw and neck. It's really itchy!

This rash started before I got the antibiotics so it is NOT an allergic reaction.

Any ideas?

Related to the gum infection maybe or is this something else entirely?

Basically, I think my wisdom tooth started coming through on Wednesday and it's been extremely painful since then. It keeps getting worse!

The gum around the area is swollen and really tender to touch and the bottom of my jaw (underneath all my other teeth) is aching constantly. It's even hurting on the outside of my face when I touch it and in my ear a bit.

I don't really know if the pain I am experiencing is average or above average. Any ideas? It's been preventing me from eating and also disturbing my sleep. And I think it's made my cheek puffy too.

I'm at uni. at the moment and so I called my Mum today. She said I should get an emergency dental appointment for today (Saturday). I don't really know whether I should or what they will do. Do you think I should wait it out over the weekend and go in the week? Or should I not go at all or should I go today?

I went to the opticians yesterday in the day but the pain didn't start until a few hours after that.

I don't really feel unwell in the rest of me. Like perhaps a little under the weather but nothing too bad.

My eye feels a bit hot and uncomfortable too.

Also, I had optic neuritis seven years ago and it started with a pain similiar to this one. I'm really worried that it might have come back but I just don't believe it could have. It would be too unlucky and unbelievable.

Any suggestions? What should I do? What could it be?

Please, please reply. I'm really upset. :(

I accidently hurt my finger messing around with my boyfriend, I went to play punch but he put up his knee and all the force was felt in little finger and the knuckle underneath. At first it went numb and kind of tingly and now it's uncomfortable but not really, really painful so I don't know whether I've done anything bad or not. Also it's most comfortable when held bent and it's hard to straighten. I can do it without too much pain but it just feels difficult, like it makes my finger shake trying to.

Does anyone have any idea what I could have done?

Also, when I put ice on the area it makes the pain hurt more, like it makes the entire side of my hand ache all the way to my elbow almost.

What should I do?

Wait until morning and see if it improves?

Basically, I started university a month ago and I was meant to have my period during the first week, however, I only started today which means that I haven't had a period (up until now) for seven weeks.

When I woke up this morning not only was I on and with painful cramps but I also had a low fever, head ache, blocked nose and dizziness/lightheadedness. I feel pretty crappy as you might be able to imagine and paracetamol hasn't really helped.

Are these things linked or is it just a coincidence? If linked, what could it be?

Two nights ago I woke up in the night and felt an ache in my tonsils, it almost felt like on one side at least they were swelling up... and now they hurt the entire time and have swollen slightly on both sides.

I know that it is obviously either a throat infection or the start of a cold but I just wondered if anyone had any theories on why my throat hurts more when I yawn. Do you think it could be because when I yawn it puts more pressure on my tonsils and the stretches them? If this is the case, do you think that it is more likely an infection or the start of a virus?

I start university at the end of the week so I need to rid myself of this quickly!

Or has anyone heard of Imagebook Ltd?

Hi, this is a health related question and I'm really hoping someone could offer some advice, information, reassurance or has had a similar symptom.

Basically, about three weeks ago I felt quite ill, I had a tickly throat, twinges in my nose, head and nose and most annoyingly a pain in the right side of m head on swallowing - whether it was food, drink or simply saliva.

After a while I felt much better but this week (on Monday) I got the pain in my head back again and now the rest of the symptoms have returned also. It's not really painful but it is uncomfortable and also slightly worrying as I have never had anything like this before and have now experienced it twice in almost as many weeks.

I don't know whether to go to the Doctor and feel a bit hesitant about going because he might say that my problem isn't serious enough or that I'm time wasting.

Any reply would be great, thanks a lot.
