About 6 months ago I fell. I have Cerebral Palsy on my left side so when I broke my fall, I hurt my pinky. Hurting my pinky on that hand happens alot because my muscles tense often when I fall. Ive probably "jammed" the same finger 100 times in my life. It bruises and swells up but then always goes back to normal within three weeks. I thought the same thing happen during my most recent fall, so I didnt think anything of it. I never went to the doctor about it. Well, its been 6 months and my finger is still swollen and is stuck in a hyperextended position at the middle knuckle. I cant bend it at all at that knuckle. It STILL hurts like hell and will often shoot pain up the side of my hand. I have never broken a bone in my life so I dont know what Id be looking for. If it is indeed broken, what are the chances of the doc resetting it after 6 months? I often wonder if it is just jammed because there is still pain at the site of the knuckle. I just dont know...so, any input will be appreciated! Thanks. PS...I have limited use in the hand, but all my fingers worked until that day. I MISS be able to bend my finger...crippled or not :(

I have been renting a house since November. Today I got an email from my landlord saying he wants to come over to "inspect" the house. He stated that he has dumped alot of money in a new expensive air condition unit and wants to make sure the filters are being changed appropriately. What the heck?!?! Like I am incapable of changing a filter...besides, I have not run the unit since I moved in. I feel very violated...like Im being "watched". I am hardworking with two children and have given him no reason to "watch" me. As a matter of fact, in the SAME email he thanked me for MARCH rent. Is this normal with landlords??

My cat was hit by a car two weeks ago and survived. His tail was broken at the base. He has been on Prednisone and feverfew for inflammation. The last couple days he has been able to somewhat lift his tail. :) How long will it take for a full recovery?

I have $880 in my account right now. Rent is due today in the amount of $950. I will get another paycheck Monday that will cover the difference. However I cant be positive that I can get to the bank in time on Monday to deposit it. If the landlord should send the check through on Monday, will BOA pay the check or will they send it back? I am willing chance paying a $35 overdraft fee to save face with my landlord...

I'm contemplating getting my son's intial tattoed somewhere on my body. I just want a small but fancy "Q", but I'm not sure where. Never had one before...
