  • If somebody used my name,?

without my consent, to post notices stating something against my will, which contribute to mass mis-understanding between me and my friends, clients and students.

Under Singapore Law, what action can i take against these defaulters.

And to go through civil sue, what can i claim as a victim from them.

  • Is this right the proper way of handling guests?

Hi, I’m a swimming instructor who was invited to a private condominium to teach their children to swim.

On June 2012, the condominium management and their committee council have decided to impose a levy of 10% on the fee I collect monthly.

When I checked with the residents, I found out that they were not informed of such rulings.

My question is, if the condominium management and their committee council need to charge the free-lance teachers or instructors, shouldn’t they informed the hosts (residents) such ruling and charge the residents directly?

Taking note that the residents have right to sign in 3 to 4 guests at any one time.

Let’s not forget that we, the instructors are invited guests and why are we being harassed with such issue?

    Cheers.

  • Ask and you shall be given?

Do you know the answer to your question before you asked?

If yes, then why ask that which you already know?

If no, then why ask for answers that which you cannot decide as fact or fiction.

What is the point of asking?

    To seek agreements,

    To seek acknowledgments,

    Or to seek fulfillments,

    Or something else?????

When the masses see a fiction as fact,

Does it turn that fiction into fact?

Or have we succeeded in creating something out of nothingness?

Fiction is faked, then imagination is born.

Imagination is illusion, then nothing is born.

Nothing is fact, then how fat can we get?

We are all the same, but views make us different.

Different people act differently, so why get angry?

If anger is the problem, then where is it from?

If there's no absolute answer, so should we bother?

If ignorance keep us from suffer,

then insane will be much better.

Are we all insane then, or just our ego, performing a dance?

  • In clinging onto our ego, have it manage to destroy our happiness?

Did holding onto our judgment or beliefs intensely have somehow drawn us farther away from peace?

  • What is the spirit of judgment?

Recently, I been hearing legal consultants stating that the law is not about Justice and that law is all about evidences.

If evidences are easily fabricated to mislead human’ senses and witnesses are easily bribe with cashes or threats.

Do you agree then that honest people are vulnerable to being frame?

In cases of an individual vs. a corporation.

My question is; if law is not about justice, then why do we have law?

Please pardon me for posting this Q here and yes I am questioning our mortal law.

  • Your serious suggestions are most needed.?

Either for yourself, your young ones or both,

For the sake of a better tomorrow, I’m suggesting religions harmony.

Whether you as a Christian, Buddhist, Muslim, Hindis, Taoist, Janis, Sikh, Secular, Atheist, Irreligious, Agnostic, Non-theist, Pagan, or…(forgive me if I miss out any)

I mean you, you, you, you,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and you.

“A white dog steal a chicken and the black dog got accused of stealing.”

Can we co-exist without finger pointing?

Please state your religion if any after your minutes.

For whatever others stated or commented, please do not get offended for what they say are just their views.

And Please Please be mature in your suggestions before insulting others, you might get the insult volley back to you.

This question is not meant for pleasure!

I’m just a freethinker with a hope in peace.

  • Will you smile for no reason?

I was on a crowded train yesterday and I couldn’t find a single smile on the faces of people, they are either busying talking to their mobile, texting with their mobile, playing digital game, snoring, glaring at the ceiling/floor or shaking their heads with the Ipod on.

I start smiling. A friend of mine stares at me and asked “what”.

Do I need a what or why to smile?

  • Will you stop people from telling you what to do?

By stopping them, isn’t it not that you have given them the right too, to stop you from stopping them?

An Argument is so conveniently born.

    Isn’t it not?
