Forever Confused

I have a 1yr & 3month old matese/poodle that is currently trained to go to the bathroom outside. My situation has recently changed and I need to re-train him to go inside. when he was younger we initially tried to wee wee pad train him but he kept wanting to play with the pad and eat it. So we gave up and trained him to go outside.

This time around I bought one of those fake patches of grass in hopes that he would just catch on. He hasn't. He's a very smart dog so I know he will catch on eventually but the problem lies with me. I dont know how to correctly teach him to go on it without making him scared of it.

I tried positive reinforcement. We played a game where he follows me around the house and whenever he stand on it or smells it, I praise him and give him a treat.

Also when I know he has to go I'll put his leash on and instead of walking him outside I'll walk him over to the potty patch and stand there with him. I stood there for over 30 minutes not letting him move. It didn't work. He iust got really frustrated and started pulling. He eventually just layer down and did nothing.

So then I took him outside and brought the potty patch with me. When he started peeing I picked him up and put him on it and praised him when he was done.

Can anyone help and tell me if I'm doing this wrong? Am I scaring him more then helping him? What other methods should I try?

Did anyone else see that enormous woman sitting in the front row? She was wearing a light grey suit with a pink shirt. She must be at least 6' 10". Just want to know if I was the only person that noticed her lol. Looked like she was taller sitting down then mayweather was standing up! lol.

My bf and I love taking our 10 month old maltese/poodle outside to parks and walks on the beach to interact with other dogs. But he HATES the cold. So during the winter months all we can do is take him to petsmart to walk around. Are there any activities (other then walking around a store) that we can do during the cold months? Are there any indoor dog runs or daycare type places lol? I live in Staten Island, NY but I'm willing to travel to Bklyn or Northern NJ. Anyone know of anything?

What kind of neighborhood is that area?

I would like to get my boyfriend motorcycle lessons for a gift but I have no idea how to go about picking out a reputable school. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of any in the Staten Island, NY area?

I left the room for 2 minutes and my maltese/poodle drank my hot tea with honey & lemon. Should I be worried? Should I take him to the hospital? Not sure if the little guy is going to get a reaction to it. Any suggestions?

Do you need a motorcycle license to drive a Vespa in New York?

I'm looking to buy a vespa, I looked on the website at all the different types but I'm still not sure what the difference is or which one to buy. What things should I know and look for when buying a vespa?

You know that "cool whip" episode? Well Brian busts on Stewie for the way he says cool whip and meg for saying "while" but there's a third word that i can't remember. I don't remember who said it but Brian's response was "Oh come on that word doesn't even have an h". What was the word? I can't remember and it's driving me nuts.

I'm noticing more lately that when I buy CD's and rip the music to my computer the songs titles are all messed up. I can hear the music fine but the song title is wrong. I bought the Bon Jovi, Lost Highway CD a year or so ago and Christina Aguliera's Kepps Getting Better a couple of weeks ago. It happened with both of them. I rip the music to the computer so I can put them on my MP3 player. It's annoying because I think it's one song but it's actually not. These are real CD's (not burned), bought from real music stores. I didn't even get them from the same store. Has anyone else had this problem or do I just have bad luck? The only reason I could think that it would be done purposely is to deter people from downloading music illegally.

Someone I love very much is an alcoholic. A week ago I gave him an ultimatum, either me or the alcohol. He picked me. He's been sober for 9 days but it's only because of me. He doesn't think he has a problem and doesn't even really understand why he needs to be sober or why I feel the way I do. I'm not convinced that the drinking is done though. I know this is going to be a long and bumpy road. I just don't know what to do. How do I get him to realize he has a problem?

Is a video camera something you have to check in your baggage or can you travel with it as a carry on? Everytime I put my laptop in my checked luggage it gets opened and searched. Last time it happened they broke my shampoo bottle and ruined most of my clothes. So now I take the laptop as a carry on. I was wondering if i could prevent my baggage from being searched by taking the camcorder on the plane with me but I'm not sure if your allowed to do that.

I'm going to Sandals Grande Ocho Rios in Jamaica for 7 days at the end of December. I'm so excited. It's all inclusive and we got an awesome price. Has anyone else stayed there? What was your experience like?

I want to cook a meatloaf for a family gathering that's coming up. The recipe I have feeds up to 4 people but there will be 13 people at my house. Can I just triple the amount of ingredients in everything and have it come out just as good? I don't want to assume it's just that easy.

I got my first tat a little over a year ago (a shooting star on my foot). It came out bigger then I had hoped. The tat artist told me that he couldn't make it any smaller b/c then the stars would look like dots. I don't know much about tat's but I feel like he couldn't used a smaller needle. Does that even exist?

I'm considering getting another one and i already know what I want. The problem is that it's kinda detailed but I don't want it to be big. Is that asking to much or did I go to a crappy place the first time?

There are two Sandals resorts in Montego Bay, Jamaica; "Sandals Montego Bay" and "Sandals Royal Caribbean". Has anyone stayed at these resorts? Which do you prefer and why? Thanks.

I'm going to Jamaica at the end of December and I really like the couples resorts (tower isle, san souci, negril and swept away). Which is the best? I'm looking to relax on the beach but also engage in alot of activities (water sports, hiking, horseback riding, scuba diving, snorkeling, etc etc). I would also like it if there was shopping off the resort close by. Can anyone help me?
