What is a type of business where outside consultant(s) come in and audit a company on how well a company treats it's employees? Not how they use finances per say or how they place orders but how well they treat there own employees?

Where would you get a job doing this?

I've been doing some research and there is so much info on the internet that it is a little overwhelming. Long story short I'm trying to find a new career and It's been a long time since I've gone to school and when I try and take a career assessment test it just tries to get me to sign up for a school. Does anyone have any idea what career might be good for me??? I have put more information about myself down below

1. I love to help people but I don't like customer service jobs or retail jobs and I'm sensitive when it comes to blood boogers or other bodily functions.

2. I like to work. I currently have two jobs that are completely different from each other. Working every day 7 days a week doesn't bother me but long hours (12+ hours a day) kick me where it hurts.

3. I'm creative. I love to draw, paint, play music and write short stories.

4. I love the outdoors. I have horses so I'm constantly in the mountains or outside if I'm not working.

5. I don't want to, nor can I afford to go to school for a long period of time. If I do go to school I want it to be short and quick............for example I wanted to be a windmill technician but after doing more and more research I started to get a little scared and I backed out of the program. (The program would require me to move 6 hours away for 6 months and it didn't guarantee a job) That freaks me out. I have no support system or family if anything were to happen to me, if I don't land a job I'll have no money and I'll be screwed (I've been homeless..........don't want to do it again) so I am trying to find something I can close to town and something I can find a job in pretty easy (I know right? in this economy?)

6. I currently work in inventory management and have worked in retail (clothing), waitressing, trail guiding, ski/snowboard technician, customer service, door to door sales, professional performer (circus,) hosting, food service prep, acting and sales rep.

Anyone have any ideas that can help point me in the right direction? Thank you so much for your help and your time.

I hate asking this, but I really need some help. Please? So I've been with my fiance for 1 year and 9 months. I get a regular pap smear and have never had any issues or weird break outs, I'm on birth control so we haven't been using condoms as often as we should, well November came around and he broke out with a case of genital warts. We went down and I got checked out and came out clean for any STD's but sure enough he had genital warts. I asked the nurse (they don't have doctors at this facility) and she said that it could happen years after they contract the virus but it's highly unlikely. I want to know the truth, is this something that can pop up after years of having it, or how unlikely is it to just show up and how safe am I now? I'm stressing out and we haven't had sex since. We don't fight over it but I have that constant nagging suspicion in the back of my head that he might have cheated. I'm stuck between a rock and hard spot and I want to know some Professional opinions on this matter. Thank you for your time!

This might be long, i'm sorry. I will try and make it short.

I have 3 siblings so when I ask your advice on this I'll just name them siblings 1,2 and 3. 3 being the oldest. When I was 16 my dad died. sisters 2 and 3 took what my dad owned and kept it, leaving my younger sister (1) and I with plastic rosary. I don't have any photo of his parents, or him at all. When I was 18 my mom died and again sisters 2 and 3 took it upon themselves, took everything of value, either sold it and kept the money or kept the memorabilia type of things, again sister 1 and I were left with an empty house, $20.00 and a choice to either stay their and be homeless or go with one of the older sisters and pay them rent. by this time little sister and I were 16 and 18 years old and this took place a week after she died. Well now i'm 23 and my grandma just passed away a week ago today. This was the last person keeping us together, this was the last person who held the last remaining pictures of my family. A day before her dead my grandmothers niece had the nerve to come to her house and stake claims on these very albums. My uncle (who was in charge of estate) said I could have them. They day of her funeral my grandma's niece again staked claims on these photo albums and took them...........my uncle doesn't care and doesn't care about them in the first place, sisters 2 and 3 are only worried about the valuable items and i've been called some pretty hurt full things over the past week and no one seems to care that I lost out on those photos. I have a huge void and hole in my heart. I have nothing to show my future kids what their grandma looked like, or the achievements of their great grandma, in less than a week I lost the family history, the pictures, the things that meant something to me. I feel like i'm going crazy cause their isn't anything I can do. She didn't have a right to take those. I guess I just feel really lonely. I don't even have any of my grandma now................ I have no idea how to get over this or how to get my mind off of this. I don't know if anyone out their has ever gone through anything like this but I would like some advice on how to deal with this please. How do I deal with the anger, the pain and the frustration? Their was a LOT that happened during the past six years and I wrote as little as possible as to not bore anyone. Please keep in mind I have no photos of my parents, my grandparents on both sides and non of me. The only one's I have are recent ones from the past 3 years of myself.

If a horse was born all black with a white half dollar sized marking on it's back leg. Could this horse as it matures get spots? If the horse was malnutritioned due to neglect, could the bleached out spots it's getting now get lighter and lighter with age, or once the horse is healthy again the spots go away and the coat returns to black?

I have a rescue. When we got her she was all black, but now that she is gaining weight and getting healthier I'm being told that her fading color is her body getting the nutrients she needs and expelling what she doesn't through her coat. Is this possible? She's only 3 and as she gets healthier, the spots are becoming more defined and fading into an almost light brown. Does anyone who have dealt with rescues seen anything like this? does it go away? do the colors get lighter? please and thank you.

The first time I asked this I had some people who were extremely rude in answering my question. So to make sure I don't get people who just assume I'm a bad horse owner, I want to give you little background on these two mares.

I got them a couple months ago, they ran with a herd and were never touched by people. they had never been de-wormed, trimmed or checked by a vet. They were however registered. The chestnut mare was registered as an appendix quarter horse, the black mare was registered as a paint. They are both 3 years old. I have, since getting them had vet checks, had them de-wormed and trimmed. They get grain, packer pellets and hay approximately 40-50 LBS total (all their feed together) each a day. When we first got them they weighed about 600-800 LBS and are to about 1,000 now. We have worked with them to the point they'll let us trim their feet and brush them, but it's a long road until they are ride-able, and fully filled out properly.

If your going to be rude or refer to these horses as ugly, useless, yuck or not impressed. go elsewhere. Your answers are not wanted on this question. If you assume they are starving or wormy you are sadly mistaken. I have worked very hard to bring them up to where they are now and have spent a lot of money on vet care and feed for them. The pictures on flickr are where they are currently. these are the questions I have regarding the pictures. I don't care to hear what you have to say outside of the questions I ask, I'm not asking you about my fencing or my shelter. I don't mean to sound so rude but I come on here for answer's to my questions not to be disrespected or insulted by people who have nothing better to do with their time!

1. Do you believe they resemble the breed stated on the papers I have for them (I have stated them above for those who might miss that part)?

2. What do you think about their conformation?

3. What exercises can I do to help the bad parts of conformation that you see (not enough butt muscles, neck muscles ect)?

These horses are not ride-able at all, I walk them and trot them for about twenty minutes a day. I spent 3 weeks away due to a back injury but now that I'm better I'd like to work them from the ground and build up the muscles they are lacking. please and thank you for your time.

I have asked this question before and the people who answered i want to say thank you so so much, but I recently got better pictures that I'd like you and others to take a look at. I have the followign questions about them, can you answer them for me?

1. What do you think of my horses conformation?

2. Do you think their weight is okay? (The vet says it is, but they seem so tiny to me)

3. Do you think they looke anything similar to the breed stated on their papers?

4. I'm in one of the pictures I'm 5'3, when I measured them they stood just at 15 hands. Do you think I'm correct or did I measure her wrong? ( I dont have a measuring tape I used a piece of twine and a ruler lol)

5. The black horse has a unique coloring. Is their a name for this? She's registered under the color black, but she has brown spots?

The brown horse's name is Swift. She is a 3 year old appendix quarter horse.

The black horse's name is Cinder she is a 3 year old paint. (most likely breeding stock paint from what I'm told, even though her papers say she is a registered APHA)

The black horse (cinder) has a hernia and is going in for surgery if the vet can't help me fix it. (these horses were wild and wouldn't let us touch her their until recently) I have another vet appointment in a week before we figure out a surgery date if needed, what are some things I should be aware of?

I'm sort of venting here and I apolagize that this is long, I just want to know if someone out their has felt this way, and what have you done to get over that ex that has made an impact similar to this?

In 2006 I was 18 and a senior in high school. I met this guy and had totally fallen for him. I had dated jerks in the past, but he was different. I loved him. Three months into the relationship my mom committed suicide. At that point I had lost everything, my dad had died two years prior and I was suddenly without a home and a 16 year old sister to take care of. I felt like I went from 18 to 25 years old over night. The guy I dated was sort of my rock. I never complained about what was given to me, I sucked it up and tried my hardest to keep a float. Three months after my mom died he dumped me through a text and again I felt abandoned by everyone I ever loved. We never talked about why he dumped me, we never saw each other after that except in passing, he never so much has even asked how I"m doing. All of a sudden it's like a jerk switch turned on. I spent the next 4 years going from house to house to house, never staying in one place for more than a month or two. The little bit of family I do have is very uncaring, if I"m not handing them money they dont want to help me. I've never done drugs and I dont go out of my way to hurt people. I dont sleep around, I work ALL THE TIME! Long story short the last 4 to 5 years of my life have been a living nightmare and through this time i've never been able to let go of that ex. He ignores me when I try to talk to him, he drives by, stares at me and doesn't wave or even really aknowledge me. When I see him in public he'll glance over but no smile, no wave, nothing. My friend is currently engaged to him, and at one point I was a friend, now I"m reffered to as the ex. lol I miss him, he was so nice to me and I dont know what I did wrong to deserve all this. The little bit of family I have doesn't care about me, my mom didn't care about me and he didn't.............I dont feel like this all the time, but every once in a while I feel like I"m just not good enough, I get depressed. The saddest thing of all is that I have a fiance ( been together for a year) who truly is an amazing person, but as hard as it is to try and see him being the father of my kids, or us buying a house and getting married, I can't picture it. Is this normal? My friend who is engaged to my ex will call me and complain about him when she's drunk. Appearently he's mean to her and she's a ***** to him, when she does this I feel so relieved i'm not with him because I have a wonderful fiance, right? But every once in a blue moon, like today. I'll miss him, and I'll want him. why? He isn't even that great of a guy.

I live in a very small town. most of you will not believe me when I explain the following but yes this does happen, the humane society has been called but nothing gets done. Where do I go to get help if the following is happening? Is everything i'm about to explain illegal?

Their is an old man who has about 60 head of horses, most of the time they dont get fed, they range on about 150 acres, more if they manage to break through the fencing. ( one got tangled up last year and they had to put it down) They hardly get fed in the winter, they run with two studs and half the time mares are so mal nutritioned they dont take. If they are fed, it's corn or it's a bail of hay thrown out into the middle of the fenced area.

This guy also has pigs that have about 3 feet of poop to roam in a 40x40 pen, if they have piglets that die their left for the other pigs to eat. He also runs a puppy mill and when he loses puppies he throws them to the pigs. The dogs themselves live in old apple bins and have been chained up so long their are holes where they burrow and have their pups, if they get fed it's old meat they dont eat or left overs.

This is only a small detail of what I've seen and heard. My best friend used to be married to this mans son, until she couldn't handle this anymore. She has tried to call the humane society but every time they show up, everything is cleaned up or fixed to the point where they can't really do anything.

I live in the State of Washington and when I called I was told that so long as hay (feed) or water is present (within sight) it's not animal abuse. Here we can appearently beat the crap out of our animals and turn them into skin and bones but if their feed is within sight they can't do anything about it. I"m sick of my friends son telling us horror stories of what it's like at this man's house. What can I do to help my friend? Is their an organization I can talk to? is it legal to go on this guys property and document it and turn that in? And to who? I know this sounds outragous and I didn't believe it until I saw a little bit of the property and animals myself.

I've done some research on this and I know she still has some growing to do, but I am worried she wont grow what do you think?

We got these two horses when they were 2 years old, they'll be 3 this month and next. One is an appendix quarter horse and is very stocky and muscular. The other is a breeding stock paint but has the skinniest neck i've ever seen, she is also very very petite (not skinny in the barrel at all) but her legs and butt are very very small it seems. The vet says they are at a good weight and were feeding them correctly but it just seems like she is too small. We have the little one on grain, packer pellets and alfafa/grass hay. We've put my 14 inch saddle on the little one and with the saddle blanket it looks as though the saddle barely fits (it goes a little onto her hips) She stands right at 15 hands. I think the measuring is off because my friend is 4'11 and her withers reach to the top of her head, I was told this was 15 hands, I dont have a measering tape. Anyways is this normal do you think? the vet says her weight is right on but she look so little to me and I feed her and feed her and feed her and she's not filling out it seems. What do you think? here is a picture of them. The black one is the one I think is too small, the brown one is the stocky one. In one you can see how small the chest is of the black one when she's standing behind the brown one.

Their are two boots that I would like. I need new riding boots. They are both slip on's both close to the same color but I was wondering what would be the better option as far as quality and durability for being around horses and wearing them all the time? Double H or Ariat?

I've had Double H and they last forever!!!! except for one pair where the pin went through the heel, I've never had ariat so i'm hesitant but it is cheaper. Also on the ariat boot the sole doesnt really have any traction, but the double H has a lot would this be a problem? I mostly trail ride, some barrel racing, ranch work ect. Whats your opinion on these two pairs of boots?

This is a petty problem, but I'd like some research and verses to the following problem.

I grew up in a household where we were taught to be open minded. We went to several different churches. I'm into science, i do my research, I like to learn. I dont go throwing my bible at people or bashing others for their beliefs, so when I"m attacked I dont like it. Here is my problem. I have a friend who has recently been on a hating God speal and literally every time I talk about it he bashes it. I believe in God, that Jesus died on the cross for my sin's yatta yatta and every time I'm around him he bashes my belief but the minute I try to stick up for myself when I've had enough of his negativity he says "Your "bible" tells you that wemon should shut the hell up and be submissive to their husbands and not ask questions unless asked by them, that all wemon should be to men, so I suggest you shut the hell up when talking to me" needless to say I doubt we'll be friends after that conversation. I was in utter shock. Where does it say this in the bible? i've never been taught such a thing by my church nor my family. I've read the bible but everyone interprets it different. my closing argument was "Well since your such a smarty pants please quote verse and chapter as to where it says that?" he hasn't said anything yet............ Please, where does it say this, and how can I keep my cool around people so negative and nasty as this? I dont mean to whine, but I keep to my own and he was completely out of line. Doesn't give me much hope for those who don't believe, To be that mean and negative towards someone just because of what they believe in. I'm writing a paper for one of my classes and in it I have to discuss possible price options as well as how I would handle difficult clients if I were to own a company. I'm sticking with what I like to do, take photos. So my pretend business will be photography company. Here are some of my questions that i have to discuss in my paper. Can I get some advice from the Professional photographers out their and how you go about handling your clients? please and thank you!

1. Do you have waivers or consent forms? if so, why? and how well do they protect you?

2. How do you take control of your clients? for example: if someone wants to edit your photos, or take control of what you do, how strict are you with clients? what are some things you do to handle difficult clients and what are some situations you have found yourself in that you thought was difficult to handle?

3. Can you give me an example of what you charge and how has this economy affected your business?

This paper will discuss everything about owning a "photography" company. I have to act Professional in my paper so that my classmates would want to buy me! lol I'm kind of at a loss because obviously I dont own a photography company, this is just pretend for my class. Can you help me? is their anything else I should know. In my paper I already have the years of schooling it takes, and the types of equipment their is available, now I have to discuss the businss aspect of it. Thank you for your time.

I have debt. About $5,000.00 worth. After all my bills are paid (car, rent, insurance ect) I have about 150.00 left over, give or take a few more dollars here and their due to my checks being different every time. This doesn't include however, food, gas, toiletry ect. I hardly spend any money on myself. The rest goes to the "many" collection agencies i owe. I've been paying on an account that has recently threatened to garnish my wages. So they became a priority at that point, yesterday another collection agency found out I was paying the first one and demanded that I pay them $150.00. I can barely afford $50.00 let alone $150.00 at one time. What do i do? what are my rights when it comes to two or more credit companies harassing me? I'm at my wits end. Most of my debt has been passed down through a deceased family member. I have absolutely no credit card debt, it's all through banks (bounced checks, unpaid utility bills ect) I've managed to get my credit up because I'm paying one creditor at a time with what I can afford. Now this agency is jumping down my throat threatening to suspend my license. I'm at the end of my rope. I"m meeting with a credit counselor in hopes they can help me put it all together and I pay one person to pay them. It's either that or bankruptcy. What are my rights? what should I do? please help me.

one other question. My work doesn't allow more than two wage garnishments. I'll lose my job, if I lose my license I lose my job. These creditors are threatening the very thing that is keeping me alive at this point. What do i do about this problem?

1. If a house has been busted as a meth lab and is now for sale (after the county has cleaned and inspected it to be safe and legal for sale) How would that affect future re-sale and the title of the property?

2. This same property has many outbuilding a barn, a shop, two snow sheds and two cabins, the two cabins were tested as well for meth. Can the county force you to clean it up right after purchasing the property? (tear down the cabins that were also tested and deamed safe for sale)

3. If a remodel was done and the property cleaned up, could the value of the property be raised even though it says it had been a "meth lab"?

I"m doing a little research on cameras. I've always used canon's but I want to upgrade to a new one. I've been looking into these brands, canon, Nikon, Pentax and Sony. I had a thoroughbred that I traded for two mares. This lady talked me up to thinking she is the horse trainer who takes her time with horses, doesn't train them before their fully developed, natural horsemanship ect. The two mares I had gotten hadn't ever been touched by people. (She had family issues supposedly and got stuck with these two by accident and couldn't afford two, so she traded me for my one horse) I hung on every word this women had to say. She has some beautiful horses out with these two mares and they seemed very well cared for. The only horses i've owned I got from people I knew and truses. This was my first time with a stranger. Part of our deal was that I would be informed on my thoroughbred's progress with her, I would be notified and given the future owners information so I could keep up with him. I wanted the best for him. ( he was too much for me.) He wasn't hard to ride or anything, just hard to mantain. ( he had leg and weight issues) These people promised me they would get him to a healthy weight and have his leg worked on by professionals/vet.....................non of this ever happened!!!!!!

the two mares are a year younger than what their papers say, instead of turning four his year, their turning 3 according to my vet. I ask about him and I get ignored or told that he was sold. end of story. SHE ONLY HAD HIM A WEEK BEFORE HE GOT SOLD!!!!!!! she didn't and wont give me their information. She was dead set on having his registeration papers and now want nothing to do with them. I have no idea where he went or what happened to him. According to my vet everything on their papers is a lie from their age to their breed to their bloodlines. Now I'm assuming he's right, he is the vet after all. I had my farrier out yesterday to trim the mares feet and I was asking him his opinion on this ( he is a really good guy) He just looked kinda sad and said "look, I see this a lot. It sounds like she might have sold him to slaughter and didn't want you knowing. why else would she not tell you about where he is?) I got extrememly upset. I wish their was something I could do. He suggested I turn her into the registery and get her in trouble for forging these two mares age and breed. I know I shouldn't be as upset as I probably sound. I know that this was my choice and that I shoulnd't of trusted this lady as much as I had. (lesson learned) I just can't get over thinking but him being sent to slaughter. He was a beautiful horse, with a good personality and I feel like I gave him a death sentence. I was just wanting the best I could find for him, I thought it was her, but I was wrong. Should I turn her in? if so How do I go about this?

My best friend Is a virgo, and we get along great, I recently made friends with another virgo and she is the total opposite of my bestie. I want my hair to look like her's and I can't find very good pictures of her hair, can you help me?

My mom passed away when I was 18 and my older siblings had gone through everything, organized it and put it in storage. Five years later here I am and I need my birth certificate and no one has it. My social security card got stolen (dont worry I already called all the credit companys and put a flag on it) i did exactly what I was told by police. My questions is, how do I get my social security card without a birth certificate? do I have to have my certificate to get my card? How do I get my birth certificate if I was born in a different state than which I reside? Thank you for your answers.
