She stays on the counter/stove area and will not get down. She acts like she is now scared of the other kitties we have. She used to be the queen bee and the other kitties would never mess with her and she always ate first and if she walked by the others she would whack them. Well one night the youngest female cat seemed to have had enough and attacked her back. Ever since then my 7 year old kitty hasnt been the same. She no longer attacks the others and remains in the kitchen 24 hours a day, everyday. She comes down to eat but only for a moment. She has now started using the counter as her bathroom. Its horrible and I am tired of cleaning it up. I have brought a litter box in there for her but she refuses to use it. I took her to the vet and they told me she is fine and healthy and sent her home. This has been going on for 4 months now. I feel terrible because I am feeling so much stress towards her when she is my sweet kitty. I love her very very much. I just dont know what is wrong with her. I called the vet again and now all of a sudden the want to see her immediately. Any ideas as to what might be wrong? I am feeling so guilty now that all of a sudden the vet wants to see her and I keep thinking what if its bad and she is super ill and has to be put down. Like I said, I feel absolutely guilty.

My 7 year old cat has always been in charge in the house. The 1 year old cat never bothered her...but now for the past 4 days the 1 year old cat has been fighting with her. She has clawed her and attacked her. I don't know what is causing this. It's frustrating and upsetting to see my cat hiding in fear of the other cat. What could be causing this?

I have many friends who live with a significant other, have large families, have bf/gf/husband/wife as well as same sex couples. I was wondering what is the proper way to address the invites? I wasnt sure if I just put my friends name and then "and guest" after it or if I need to put both names on there for the same sex couples. I also wasnt sure if I am to put my friends name and then "and family" for those with large families. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you.

I adopted Sully from a local shelter about 2 years ago and after having him for about 6 months I noticed him peeing on dirty towels in a basket...I bought a different hamper with a lid to keep him out of there...then I noticed he was peeing on my clothes...clean or dirty...he never ever pees on my fiances clothes..just mine! He even does it right in front of me. I am so fed up with it. Just yesterday in front of me he peed on my blanket and pillow...I don't know what to do. I don't want to get rid of him because I am afraid the person who takes him will become irritated and put him to sleep. I have had to throw away many things due to him peeing all over. I don't understand why it's just my things as well. One day I came home and caught him on my clothes peeing and when I tried to push him off my clothes he rolled over on his back and continued peeing. I need help! Any suggestions on what to do or why he is doing this? I also have a 2 female kitties at home too.

At first they were not there..and yes I did have the 3 month confirmation test...then when they finally started showing up they were very light and didnt last long. Well now for the last 4 or 5 months they have been horrible. I have them 2 times a month...the first one is usually pretty light and goes away after about a week and then when the 2nd one shows up its heavy...painful and lasts forever..as an example i am now on my 13th day. I have called my gyno..she gave me some progestrin and then when i was done taking those the period returned. Now she wont do anything for me. She wants me to keep a journal of how my periods are and she said that my periods must just be like this. I am miserable and need help...any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi there! For about 2 months now I have had a horrid pain on the inside of my right foot. Its at the end of my arch where it meets my heel. The pain is worse if I am up moving around and bending. When I bend down it feels like something is going to pop right on out of that spot. I called a foot doctor here but he cant see me for another month... :( I was wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what may be causing this pain.

My scoot just doesnt really want to go...sometimes it will go for a little bit and then it backfires and dies and will not start again. Also sometimes when i start it up and start to go it just dies...We have charged the battery and changed the spark plug...but still the same issue. Could it be the fuel filter (that was suggested to me) any ideas as to what may be causing this and how to fix would be appreciated. I miss riding my little scoot. ;) thanks.

I see that you can get 3 packs...but do i just do it for 3 months or should she always be on it? The vet recommended Revolution for her but only gave me enough for 3 months..and that was last year. I tried to get more from my vet and they refused saying i have to bring my kitty in and they wont give me more to treat my other kitty without seeing him too...I dont have enough money to take both kitties in and pay for both office visits plus the medicine. I sometimes think my vet does this to just get money out of me. I saw online that I can buy the medicine but I wasnt sure how long my kitty needs to be on it.

the past month or 2 i have had a lot of flies in my home. I have swatted a gazillion of them it seems and then the next day i get up and they are back. It's so disgusting and it makes me feel like my home is nasty even when I know it isnt. What is a way to get rid of them for good once and for all?

but i am not sure how much to spend. I dont want to get him a cheap ring but I also dont have a lot of money either. I know its not about the amount of the ring that should matter but I want to get him something nice since he is going to do the same for me. I have looked online and I found one for around $300...is that to cheap or reasonable? what would be an acceptable price range for a guys wedding band?

I had a shirt on that had the number 45 on the front and the back and I had 2 tattoos of the number 45. I have no idea why I was dreaming of this number. Does this number mean anything in particular?

she tries to nurse on my hands, arms and face...her mom abandoned her and was bottle fed and taken care of. I feel bad pushing her away when she tries to nurse because i feel like she is looking for comfort...but its very annoying and it keeps me up at night. Is there anything I can do to discourage her from trying to nurse on me? I have heard that you can try to get the kitten to nurse on blankets but im not sure how to get her to do it.

I immediately pushed tooth back in with my tongue and went to the dentist the next day. He said that its back in place where it should be and he will watch it to see if it dies and do a root canal...this was 4 days ago and i am still in extreme pain. I have been taking aleve and ibruprofen but its not helping. He also said that my tooth might change colors. :( How long will this horrible pain last and is there anything they can do if the tooth does change colors?

I had my nose pierced and now there is an ugly little red bump next to it...I know its probably a keloid or scar tissue...and i have read so many ways to try to get rid of it...ive tried sea salt soaks, sea salt paste, h2o ocean sea salt spray and nothing its helping. Its not huge but it bothers me. Someone said to try tea tree oil or hydrocortisone 1 cream on it...can someone tell me exactly what will make this nasty little thing go away? thanks!
