I recieved a 1st offense dwi about 2 years ago prior to entering an lpn program. Before being submitted, I gave information about the attorney I hired and all the classes I completed. After finishing the classes it was expunged off my record. The lpn program looked at my description on the offense and still accepted me into the program. After a few months into the program, I was dealing with issues in life so I decided to take a break from the program. Over the break, i decided to go out one night to drink (with a designated driver). My DD left me without notifying me so i somewhat felt obligated to drive which was stupid of me. Long story short, i got my car stuck over railroad tracks (on a back road) and police showed up. Giving me a dwi, because my keys were still in the ignition & being still on. It was going to be a 2nd offense dwi but i hired a lawyer again and he had it reduced to a 1st offense. i also completed all court ordered classes as soon as i could. After that I quit drinking for good. I planned on pursuing the nursing program again. My question is, I submitted an honest description of my dwis. Is there a chance I will get accepted? Or even a job as an lpn/RN or ect?

i recently joined a nuring program, that is extremely hard, i have a really hard time focusing in school and concentrating. i begin to tell my mom i think i need to make a trip to the doctor, i cant ever focus, pay attention, or concentrate. im so side tracked! i know my brothers prescribed to vyvanse because he has adhd, so i wanted to see if im adhd aswell. i had a feeling i was but i just wanted to get prescribed. my mom called my doctor and told him about my problem with school, and the doctor said to eat healthy. well i tried that, and didnt work. so i called him back..hes booked until 2 weeks. i didnt want to wait any longer, so i looked for other doctors in my area and found one. (this was monday btw) i made plans to go seee this doctor the thursday coming up since that was the only time i had a chance too because im so busy studying. the next morning (tuesday) i had a test that morning and was trying to study that morning aswell. my mom noticed and just suggested me to take one of my brothers vyvanse if i think i needed it. and i took it, didnt think it was illegal since it was coming from my mom. i dont think she knew if it was illegal either. so i went to school that day focused etc, then wednesday came, but i didnt take anymore, well then thursday came, (the day im scheduled to see that doctor) come to find out first thing in the morning, we take a random drug test! that evening i went to that doctor and ran some test and he said im adhd, well he prescribed me vyvanse 60 mg. well 2 days later i get a call saying i failed my drug test but he asked if im prescribed and i told him yes, to shortin up the story. they now i got prescribed AFTER the drug test. and no i didnt do it just to have an excuse to pass, i really am adhd. will i get kicked out?

I have been drinking sim fast (low carb diet edition) and small servings of food. Id take about 3 bites of cottage cheese in the morning, because i heard it helps lose weight and drink my bottle of slimfast. sometimes id miss out on lunch and then drink my slimfast. and take zantrex before i workout. im seein a few results, but i really wanna most of the weight in my face. and no, i dont want tips of facial exercises. THEY DONT WORK. What did hilary duff do? Any fast way i can get that look?

My friend kate came over to my house because she wanted to hangout with me that night. While there, she asked my twin sister if she could use her ID to get into a bar. (My sister doesnt really care for kate because kate always lies about her age, saying shes 18 when really she's 17). I was confused because i had no idea that we was going to a bar. Anyways, kate asked my sister and my sister is too nice to say no, but hesitated to say yes. She never told kate YES, she just told her "um, you don't look like me" and also told her continously "i don't want you to get caught or anything" but kate kept begging and begging and just snatched it out of my sisters hands, but that rudely. When we left my house, kate and i rode to our friend miranda's house, because kate wanted to hangout with her aswell. We kept kates car there and road with miranda to some guys party. (it was kates friend, she invited us to go and kept begging us to go. it was all her idea) when we go to the party, kate started to drink her alcoholic beverage reallly fast and started to act drunk. She kept gossiping in my ear about other ppl in the house. She even said that miranda was talking **** about me, but i didn't believe it. When we left the party, only kate the one drunk, we were gonna try to go to that bar, but kate seemed to wasted so we just brought her to her car. Like a good friend, i wasnt gonna let her drive drunk, so i drove, while miranda followed. I gave kate her keys and told her to be careful, and to take care of her body and to go to sleep. I hopped in the car with miranda and we went to a local bar. While there, i recieve an unknown caller, i answered it and it was kates mom. She sounded really angry. She said "what is wrong with my daughter? shes drunk! what did you do?" i replied "Ms margy" while calm "i didn't do anything, me, my friend miranda and kate when to kates friends house" i didnt want kates mom to know that she was chugging drinks because im not a snitch and i said "she was just sittin down drinking a few glasses of wine, i wasnt around her because she kept walking around everywhere, i just sat on the couch to chill" Her mom replied "your lieing, you got her drunk and why werent you by her? your suppose to be her friend! And i cant find her cell phone anywhere, where is it?" i said "i have no idea ms margy, ill go look for you" i looked everywhere in mirandas car, and didnt find it. i told kates mom that i didnt find it and she said "you probably stole it, your not a good friend then" and hung up. She called again later and said "i found your sisters id in kates purse and im gonna report it to the police that you gave a minor an id to get into the bar" i replied " we didnt go into a bar, i wouldnt do that. I drove her home because she was really drunk, me and miranda did alot for her. we didnt give her the id, she just snatched it." kates mom said "well im just telling you whats going to happen" and hung up again. Now kates mom continues to text me. She txt me today and said "why did your sister give kate her id when she knows kates not 18" i said "who is this?" because it was an unrecognized number. and the text i got back said "leave me alone" and i said "well, my mom knows everything and if you have a problem, call her" The last text i recieved said "if you keep texting me, there will be problems." WHAT THE **** DID I DO???? plz help.

I play the sims 3 and i downloaded a few items from the exchange list on the sims 3 website. i have an inspiron 14 laptop,3GB memory, 250GB hard drive. Once i downloaded the items to my game, the game freezes up here and there like every 2 seconds. It didnt do this before. Any idea what the problem may be?

Maybe it's just me but i have a best friend, her name is Marykatherine. Well, idk if im just overreacting but i feel that she doesn't put in enough time into our friendship. She just started talking to this guy and slowly been pushing me away. Ignoring my phone calls, leaving me at the bar just to go converse with him.. etc. Meanwhile this guy she's talking to is kind of rude. Hes so open to his opinions, like "hey im not digging that shirt" or if i dont wanna go somewhere he says "dude dont be a pussy". Stuff like that sorta bugs me, but im too chicken to tell him something. Meanwhile, marykatherine, my best friend, doesnt say anything to me. But when someone talks bad about her or to her, i take up for her. Recently she was attacked by 2 girls that didnt really like her for no reason im assuming and i wasnt gonna get involved, but its my best friend and i wanted to do what is right. i would never punch a girl, but in a way i felt that i had to stop the fight somehow, so i pulled one of the girls off, and of course, some dude thought i punched that girl, so i took a few jabs to the face. But idc because thats my friend, id stand up for her. And lets say someone calls me gay. Marykatherine would just stand there, im not asking her to take up for me. but i would like her too, (i mean, i do it for her). Idk, maybe im exaggerating. can someone plz give me advice? or any quotes that may help me in life.

Okay, i download 2 sims 3 games and they worked just fine. Well i wanted my sims to have a better looking style, so i decided to go to the sims 3 website and download about 4 sims from the exchange. Now when i play the game, it freezes up, runs slow, and lags. My ram shows 3072MB, is that bad? is that the prob? what do i need to do?

I bought the sims 3, and the sims 3 late night. I have a dell laptop and i decided to go to the sims 3 website, go to the exchange, and downloaded about 3 sims. Next thing ya know, i start to play and it freezes up, and is very very laggy/slow. Any idea what the cause of this is? Is it ram? where can i get that? Help!

okay well i wanted to go take a swim at my local pool so i did with my friend. well turns out i had my cell phone in my pocket, and without knowing i jumped in the pool. i only swam for 15 mins until knowing it was in there. well i let it dry out in the sun, took the battery and everything. most of the water was out of it but it was foggy inside the phone, well my friend had it for a couple of days and let it dry at his house. than i get my phone back it turns on and works, but the problem is that it says it isnt charged when i fully charged it and the buttons dont work sometimes and my phone like malfunctions. is this normal? what do i do? its the scp 2700 from sprint
