what is the best excuse for not working in a year?

Did something of more great importance than work, that is curing yourself.

So what you are saying is that you need a good reason to not work for a year? Or why you haven't worked in a year? Let me understand this, you want someone to give you an excuse because you don't have one?

Unless there is something like a disability I can't think of a reason. (Unless you are filty rich) Do you like food? Do you like living under shelter and having transportation? lol

If you just don't want to work, well that is a big sign that you are irresponsible or just plain lazy. Take your pick.

My neighbors who appear to be a little irresponsible and lazy. Lost both their jobs last summer. They decided that instead of looking for jobs, they would take the summer off and try to find jobs in the fall. They were not rich by all means. They lived off of the government all summer. They went on vacations with their kids and had their fun while we busted our butts. We knew the price they would pay. In the fall they had a hard time finding jobs. Then the wife got sick with an illness and racked up medical bills out the ying yang. They are now ready to lose everything. There is always a penalty for bad choices. In today's society if you are not working or trying to find a job their will be consequences and God will see to that.

Oh! I was going to say ---"used all my sick time so I had to call in dead", but guess the 'death card' is out of play so guess the answer might be --- not having a job?
