What is your most favorite seafood?
Just wondering...I thought most of them are yummy.
One of my most favorite is the squid =) (stuffed and grilled, sauted, even fried dried squid)
Which one is your favorite and how would you want it cooked?
YUMMY! sounds like we're all getting hungry here! =)
try this:
saute 1lb squid in a tablespoon of olive oil, garlic, and onions.
add 3 tbsp soy sauce, let the squid marinate in it, then add 3 tbsp vinegar.
add some pepper.
let it cook for about 10 more minutes to lessen the liquid that came out of the squid.
serve and enjoy!
yummy! =)
you all deserve thumbs up for sharing your favorite seafood! =)

A girl after my own heart I just LOVE stuffed squid, I haven't had that in a long time and it is great with sweet and sour sauce.

Scallops

The more simply prepared, the better the flavor!

We love to buy Dungeness crab directly off the boat but we had an oil spill and the season has been delayed.

I love Shrimp Scampi. OH MY GOD. In my opinion that is the best seafood. I like fish, but I practically live at red lobster

Lobster, probably baked with garlic and butter. I haven't tried it yet, but I saw this on a tv show.

Pretty much all of it.
Octopus, squid, crab(especially!), mussels, scallops, prawns, shrimp, any kind of fish and any shellfish.
