No cat food, what to feed cat?
What can I feed my cat that's safe and is considered 'human food'?

The best possible thing is chicken. Either cooked or raw, cats can digest raw meat without fear of bacteria because of their short intestinal tract. You can mix it with a little rice if you want, or turkey works just as well too (but you're less likely to have turkey). If you want to feed cooked on a regular basis, you will need to get a nutrient packet from a pet store that contains taurine (an essential amino acid that cats cannot manufacture on their own) but if its just one feeding, your cat will be fine without it.
Do NOT feed tuna or milk. Tuna causes a build up of yellow fat around a cats liver and is also highly addictive. Human grade tunas can also contain mercury levels toxic to cats. Most cats are actually lactose intolerant, and milk can give them the runs and make them vomit. Best to stay away from it.

You could feed your cat some cooked chicken, fish, or beef mixed with rice for a meal or two. Milk gives cats diarrhea & can cause lactose intolerance, so give none or only small quantities. However, if its milk or starvation, I guess you give milk. I don't know if you just forgot to pick up food at the store & this is a one time thing, or if you have no means of providing for the cat. If you have no money & need food, sometimes the Humane Society or other groups can assist for a short perior of time. Please make your kitty a priority & be sure you are meeting it's "Needs" before meeting your "Wants".

The general rule is that cats are obligate carnivores. You can feed him any meat, as long as it is not seasoned.
However, milk and tuna are both bad ideas. Many cats are lactose-intolerant and will have diarrhea if they drink milk. Also, tuna (and most fish) can cause vitamin deficiencies if fed (and it's very addicting to cats!).

If you don't have cat food, you shouldn't have a cat...
Try going to the store and buying some food.
Never feed a cat "human" food, the high sodium levels can make your cat very sick.
Tuna will only last so long. They need very specific proteins and nutrients, some of which are only found in cat food.
Or like I said, go to the store and buy some cat food... duh.

Tuna is ok, or chicken. tuna is best in springwater or oil as the one in brine has high salt levels. (though a lot of cats don't like the oil ones). You should avoid milk. Hope you can get some cat food in soon as it's formulated more for a cats dietry requirements.

I have two cats. They really enjoy eating warm, juicy chicken. But they will eat lots of other different meats and fishs too. Such as; beef, turkey, steak, tuna, salmon. Cats LOVE dairy produces too. Such as; milk, butter, (maybe yogurt) and sour cream. Cats will eat scrambles eggs, caviar, sunny-side-up style eggs, and crabmeat. If you give them shrimp, they will eat it too. So be creative, think outside the box. Cats love to eat all kinds of foods. Hope I helped! Chow.

get some cat food, meanwhile they can eat some human food like tuna, salmon making sure it is in water not oil. NO MILK milk upsets there stomachs and either they have runny poo or puke.
