  • Do relationships with 3 people work?

One of my best guy friends also happens to be a guy I've slept with many times. He is also my.husbands best friend. My husband is fully aware of the sex. We have an open relationship. The sex is great and I do have feelings for him. My husband is aware of this and has even brought up the possibility of a relationship consisting of all 3 of us but I don't know how to approach that to the guy. We all live together as well. Most times I end up falling asleep with my friend since my husband prefers to stay up and watch TV all night. We are all very close and I have a deep bond with him.

  • Diarrhea for a week+other symptoms?

For the past week I've had diarrhea every single time I've eaten and then some. Basically every 30 minutes to an hour I'm going. The color ranges from yellow to a grey color. There is no part that solids. It feels like pee coming out yet the other hole obviously.

I've also had "egg water" burps and have vomitted 4 times in the past week.

I feel relatively fine, slightly weak and out of energy but for the most part fine.

I'm 21 and female if that helps.

I just want to know what's going on. I don't have insurance so I only go to the doctor if I really have to.

  • A good place to design a vacation?

Two of my friends and I are planning a girl's getaway for June 2013 to Disney World. I was hoping there was a place I could go to on the web where I can check prices for our stay that are aimed more for adult packages, since we will all be child free and it seems everything I find offers things for families. I know it's a family resort but they have to have something for adults going as well?

Also, on a side note. Has anyone had any luck with the Disney cruises? Do those tend to be more "adult friendly"?

  • Advice on leaving my husband?

I have been thinking about leaving my husband for some time now. I'm just not happy with him. I will highlight a few of the reasons:

-He refuses to bathe or wipe after going to the bathroom. This started about 2 years ago. He was in a depression at the time over losing his job so I put up with it. Now he just doesn't care. He was actually fired from his new job because of his odor.

-He refuses to save money. We are behind on our bills because he spends his entire check in a matter of days.

-He puts his family before me. He tells them all about our fights so they hate me. He is always loaning them money we don't have (like recently he gave his sister $120 despite me begging him not to).

-He has no desire for a physical relationship/We no longer talk.

I recently got a new job in a new city. Its about an hour from where we are at. I really want to start a life there, on my own. Since we have no money saved up, I will need to stay here (as I have absolutely no other place to stay, I have tried) until I can save up money to move.

Should I tell him I want to leave? I've been trying to help us get back on the right track. I've suggested we try counseling or set up a date night each week but he doesn't care. I'm just not happy and I feel like he's dragging me down. I just need advice as I have no one else to turn to.

  • My brother is in foster care?

I've known all along I've had a brother, but I've never met him. My father kicked his mother out when she was 5 months pregnant and I haven't heard from her since.

He is now 11 years old and I recently found out from a friend of my husband that knows his mother that he has been in foster care for a year. His mother had her rights terminated about 6 months ago and my father has apparently refused to take him in.

If I was to reach out, is there any chance I could adopt him? I've never even met him but it just sickens me that he's in foster care when I'm here and I'm his family. I know what county he is in and we both live in Indiana.

  • Landlord is threatening me about my dogs?

I'm in Indiana if that helps things.

I've lived in my apartment since November 2011. My landlord gave me verbal permission to have my pets. There is no pet clause in our lease. I have two dogs, he's met them several times and is fully aware I have them.

Today I find a note on my door saying I have until the 14th (Friday) to get rid of them or animal control will be there to remove them. He gave me the option to move out but I have to be gone by then as well. Quite frankly, I don't have the money to move and won't have it in three days either.

Is this legal? I've had these dogs for years and getting rid of them is not an option. My husband and I cannot have children so our dogs are our babies. I just really need help and advice.

  • Question about somebody taking advantage of free housing?

I know somebody who is taking advantage of a free housing apartment complex. These apartments offer apartments free or reduced rent, depending on your income. The typical tenants are elderly people or young families. This person is a 23 year old male with no problems other than laziness. He is purposely not working so that he can obtain free rent. (They also pay your utilities if you have 0 income). He refuses to look for a job, instead just sitting around all day. He's been living here for 2 years, originally getting the apartment with his disabled mother but she chose to leave when the original lease expired.

Now though, an apartment opened up near me that he is interested in. There's a job close by he's wanting to apply for but its about an hour away from his current place. He has the plan to move into the new place but continue to keep the free place in case it doesn't work out.

I'm just so sickened by this. His apartment could be used to actually help people in need, not provoke laziness. Is there anything I can do?

  • Wanting to do something for a friend who lost her pet?

My best friend just lost her dog, a GSD she has owned for 9 years and that she brought home when he was 8 weeks old. He died 2 days ago suddenly after the vet weaned him off of his meds because they thought he was getting better.

She had him cremated but wasn't able to afford a nice urn so I was thinking maybe buying her a nice one but my husband mentioned that the urn might be sealed.

The problem is, she lives states away from me so I would have to be able to ship whatever I get for her via mail.

    Any suggestions?

  • Critter Nation cage. price reasonable?

I found a critter nation cage on CL that I'm interested in getting for my chin. Its the "two story" cage with the opening doors on top and bottom.

The cage is 5 years old and has been used to house a "variety of rodents" in its time. One of the "lofts" broke and is now missing. One of the bottom doors doesn't open easily anymore but can be ignored since the other works fine as do the top two.

The lady is asking $180. I honestly think its worth $100 or even less but offering so much less than the asking price seems rude. Should I wait for another or take the chance and offer? She posted the ad about a week ago and it is still up.

  • Implantation bleeding?

Hi ladies (and gentlemen)! Roughly five days ago I experienced something quite odd. It was a very light pinkish/tanish color that only showed up when I wiped (happened once) with one tiny string of bright red mixed in.

I am not sure if I ovulated since I have PCOS (I ovulate roughly 3-4 times a year according to my doctor) and I can't base it off my last period because that was in March.

Whenever I do start my period there's lots of symptoms the week or so before and then it hits me hard. No spotting at all.

My husband and I have been ttc since sept 09 so are very nervous about testing and getting our hopes up so right now we are convincing ourselves (trying to anyways) that its just my period being odd.

Do you think its implantation and when should I test? Thank you in advance!

  • Teens: would you enjoy this birthday gift?

So my little sister turns 15 in a few weeks. I've never really been close to her due to our age gap but I do love her like crazy. Anyways, she's been having a tough year so I wanted to do something special for her birthday. I was thinking about gifting her four tickets to a nearby amusement park for her and her friends. I'd also give them each a $20 card (you have to use the cards to play games/buy food) and i'd give them a ride. My husband and I have season passes so we'd go but would let them go off on their own.

Do you think that would be a good gift? Would you prefer that or an actual present or just a gift card to a store (or even just cash)?

  • Health insurance confusion?

My husbands work insurance is insanely high ($500 a month for 2 people and is very basic) so I've been looking at other health insurances that we can get. I'm just very confused by what to shop for. One I found that I liked had a $5k deductible with 0% copay and was $250 a month for the two of us. It was from Anthem.

We live in Indiana if that matters.

My question is, what should I look for when purchasing health insurance? What are reasonable rates for a married couple with no dependants that are relatively healthy.

  • Is a newborns birth size genetic?

I was a little over 11 pounds at birth (mom went all natural as well!) and my husband was a slightly under 11 pounds at birth. We were both between 23-24 inches in length.

Is delivery size genetic or is it based on the environment presented to the unborn child? Are we likely to have a larger baby since we both were?

  • Renewing our vows question?

When my husband and I were married we just went to the court house with about 10 of our closest family members. Afterwords we went out to eat. We wanted a larger wedding but couldn't afford it at the time.

We've been married for 3 years now and would like to do a vow renewal at 5 years. Is this enough time to save for a nice wedding? His income is about $1600-$1800 a month and our average monthly expenses are roughly $1200-$1400 for everything. Is 2 years enough to save enough or should we wait for our 7th or 10th anniversary instead? We would be wanting a ceremony/reception that would include roughly 100 guests as well as some type of honeymoon since we have yet to take one.

We are in Indiana by the way.

  • Landlord reduced rent?

So my rent was originally $450 a month. I paid this diligently since November when I signed my lease. Well last month I needed to get a new copy of my lease for something but couldn't find mine so I asked him if I could pick up another copy. The next day we met up with a new lease. It was the same thing but we had to sign it again since he didn't actually make copies of the ones we did in November. Well in the rent part he wrote "$400". I asked him about it and he said it's always been $400. I feel silly even "arguing" about a reduced rent but I'm just curious why he would do it, especially when I corrected his mistake.

Has this happened to anyone else? Should I bring it up again or just drop it?
