Ban Stupid People Not Dogs!!~~

I was heating up water in the microwave to make some tea, and didn't realize that the glass cracked while in the microwave. I continued to make my tea, and took a little sip to check the taste, and noticed the cup leaking. I didn't feel any thing when I took the little sip so if I swallowed any glass it was very very very very tiny. I can't get myself to stop worrying now.. could a super tiny piece of glass do damage??

I made myself puke to get it out of me if there was anything.. I feel like I am over reacting,

I have a male Chesapeake Bay Retriever puppy who will be 5 months old on the 24th and was wondering if he was at normal weight.. he is 52 pounds. I can't find any comparison charts for his breed on line.

I have my PC hooked up so I get my sound thru my stereo system.. I has been working fine for a few months, and now when I try to listen to my music the beat comes throw clear but the vocals sound like its underwater.. I don't know what to do, it is not my stereo because I put a CD in it and it works perfect.. what could be wrong with it??

I have a 5 year old Siberian Husky (Blaze), and recently got a new puppy, he is Chesapeake Bay Retriever (Diesel).. and he is about 4 months old.

They are getting along very well except for the fact Diesel will not leave Blaze alone.. EVER. He is constantly pestering Blaze, and Blaze won't do anything about it, he just lays there and takes it.. or sometimes tries to walk away, but Diesel just chases after him. I pull Diesel off of him and tell him to leave Blaze alone, but 5 seconds later Diesel is charging at him again..

What can I do to get Diesel to leave Blaze alone????

Diesel is not being nasty at all.. he is just trying to play, but he tends to be a little overbearing.

My grandfather recently passed away... a little more than 2 months ago... Well 2 nights ago, I had my first dream with him in it. It was me, my mother, and my pappy, at his old house. We were in the living room, and there was a box of pills sitting on the coffee table. My pappy told me he didn't need those pills any more, that he only needed 1 pill. I was digging through the box trying to find the pills that he was looking for and I pulled out a key.. it was a really pretty key and the top was in the shape of a heart, and it was outlined in green(pappy's favorite color) gems. I automatically started smiling.. and said we haven't had to use this key in such a long time..

BACK TO REAL LIFE....

I picked my mother up yesterday from the hospital, I started telling her about my dream. I was saying that I dreamed of pappy last night, and he told me that he didn't need his pills anymore.. and she said that is really weird, and I was like why? And she replied I had a dream about him this past week too, and he told me that he was down to one pill.. I never told her about him saying that in my dream, so I know she was not making it up. What do yous think it means.. and can anyone tell me what my dream might symbolize.. Thanks

My dog got a groundhog about a month ago.. he got bit by it on the foot. If the groundhog had rabies Is it possible that my dog licked his wound, got the contaminated saliva in his mouth.. and transferred it to me 1-2 hours later by licking me?

and it apparently bit him on the foot.

He was overdue on his rabies shots by 3-4 years... but I know that the vaccine last 5-7 years. We took him to the vet right away to have his shots and get checked out. I now have to quarantine my dog for 90 days to make sure that he did not contract rabies.

Im worried that we could get rabies now (I drive myself crazy thinking about stuff like this)

our dog did not bite us.. and he is not showing any abnormal signs but he likes to lick us.. all the time. What are the chances of getting rabies with out direct contact with the animal that bite my dog... this has happened a little over a week ago.

My boyfriends parents dogs pee and poop EVERYWHERE the poop gets cleaned up but the pee does not.. the one dog peed so much on the wall that it actually starting eating away the dry wall. They won't do anything to train the dogs. I just wanted to know if this could make me ill?? Does anyone know of websites??

I have had a sore throat and cough for a couple days.. today when I was trying to cough up some mucus (which is really thick) water-like liquid started running out my nose. Anyone know what this could be??

I recently found a dog food mix called Sojos.. it has freeze dried veges and fruits in it amd there is a grain free formula.. and yes I know you are supposed to add fresh raw meat to it.. and that is a reason why I am looking into this dog food... I want to get as close to his natural diet as possible. Currently he is being switched to Fromm 4 star chicken formula because I found out he has a food intolerance. So Solid Gold was giving him the shits. I want peoples educated opinions on Sojos dog food mix.. Do you think it is better than an all kibble diet?? Does anyone have experience with this dog food.. and how do you dogs do on it??

I was just wondering if sojos grain free dog food mix would be better for my dog than feeding him kibble. He is on Fromm right now.. and I want to know if the sojos would be nutritionally better for my dog.

Its true most vets know nothing about foods like Solid Gold, Wellness, Merrick, Innova... or they just don't want to let you know that it is better than science diet.

Do you feel that they are pushed to recommend SD foods because that is what they are paid to recommend.. or do you trust your vets recommendation to the fullest?

I have to feed my dog a bland diet... I just wanted to know if one kinda rice is better than the other. Minute rice or Regular rice??

My dog has had diarrhea for a the past 2 days.. so I was told to give him a bland diet of rice and boiled chicken.. all I have is frozen chicken. Would it be ok if I boiled the chicken while its still frozen?? Or will that create extra bacteria or something in the chicken that could make my dog more sick??

Gizmo is about 8 months old now.. and he has had quite a few problems.. I don't know what to do with him anymore.. he keeps itching himself really really bad. He has little scabs all over from scratching soo much. I checked him over for fleas and mites.. but there appears to be nothing on him. I then tried changing his bedding to see if he was having allergies from the pine. He is now on fresh world bedding.. after a week still itching so I got him a supplement for his skin and coat.. a week later he is still itching he was on lab blocks but I decided trying to change his diet to a more expensive mixture made by browns, there is still no change I don't know what else to do. I already took him to the vet for an ear infections a few months ago.. which was he** trying to give him his medicine. I'm considering making him a homemade diet with out corn or alfalfa in it.. maybe he is allergic to that.. Im starting to think that his itching maybe caused by a mental condition..

Does anybody have any suggestions besides taking him to the vet.. i already spent over $150.00 at the vet. I can't really afford to take him. but if I have to I will. He was a free rat and he has cost me so much money. I feel like I have done more then what most people would have done at this point.

I read the ingredients in my rats food and every brand seems to have corn and alfalfa.. which I know is not easy for them to digest.
