So I was doing some searches for homes for sale and I was astonished and scared when I happened upon a real estate site with a photo and all the specs of my house in which it was advertising it for sale, the problem is that I am not selling my house! I called the real estate company and they said "on our listing your house is not for sale but is being used as a reference." I told the man " a reference! then why are you "advertising" it for $250,000?" isn't it illegal to have a home for sale that is not for sale! what's next? people are gonna start showing up at my door asking to see my house that is not for sale. what can I do to make them take this listing down. Here is some background information. I had my house built from the ground up, I am the original owner, my home has never been for sale. I live in Florida,what can I do?

My nephew is 12 years old and has asbergers syndrome. When he was 5 years old my sister in law took his father to court for a DNA test. He is the father but in court told the judge that he is willing to pay child support but chooses not to be in the boys life. when he was 8 he was diagnosed with asbergers. She has tried to get help and therapy for him but according to the state of VA she makes too much money-she makes 24 thousand a year before taxes. She applied for SSI but because he is an A B student they said that it was not considered a hinderance. Accademically he is a good student but socially he is very awkward, does not interact with his peers and is obsessed with school busses. He has every symptom and profile of asbergers and it is so sad to see him non interact and close himself off when he is around other children. because his father is retired army, is he entitled to any army medical benefits?

I accompanied her to court last week and she pleaded with The department of Social Security and said "If approved for SSI I don't want the money, don't send the check to me, send it to the program and therapy center-so long as he gets help!" it was so sad seeing her like that. I think everyone was crying.

I went to a salon on Sunday for low lights and what I have is a big mess! on the sides of my head it there is a large patch of "low light" that literally looks like white hair and I've gone gray. She asked me how I wear my hair and I told her mostly up-had no idea she was going to put such big patches there. when I say that I look like frankenstein wife with the lines that look white I mean no lie! I never go to the Salon and this is why-they always mess my hair up! 2 years ago I went and asked for a bob style and what I got was a mushroom style-before that I wanted a trim and walked out with hair shorter than a bob. I just need advice on how I can fix this. I heard from someone NOT to dye my hair because the low lights/highlights would turn green. any advice please!

My brother is overseas on duty and my sis in law works. She is having issues with childcare for their son. My sister in west palm beach as offered to watch him for the summer but my sis in law asked her 10 year old son and he said he didn't want to go to west palm (3 hours away). So my other sister who lives in Palm coast (4 blocks away) said she would watch him at her house. Sis in law again asked her son and he said he didn't want to go there. I stepped up and offered to watch him for the summer here in VA. I told her I will cover all the entertainment and food but that she would have to fly him out here or drive. My father has offered to cover half the plane ticket. Yet again, she asked the child and he said he doesn't want to come to VA either. HE said he wants to be babysat in his house.

I feel she is being unreasonable in that she is asking and letting the boy decide. When does she step in and decide?

So now, because no one is willing to go to her house and babysit him for the summer she is telling my brother-who is in Afghanistan-that no one in the family is willing to help her.

we are trying as a family to pull together and help her but because my nephew seems to be the decider she has refused every option we have brought to the table.

Because he wants to be home, she has been leaving him home alone while she goes to work.

Several months ago I was seen in the ER for a migraine. An IV was placed and after about an hour I was awoken and released to go home. Several weeks later I started having periodic pain, swelling, and reddness in the site of the IV. It would come and go and sometimes was so severe I could not lift or move my arm.

After weeks of intermittent pain, swelling and reddness I could not take the pain anymore and went to my doctor. She did a x-ray and ultrasound and found through ultrasound that there was a peice of plastic (her guess) was from the IV under the skin from the IV. Every now and then you can actually feel it if you rub over the skin with your fingers.

Several days later I went back to the ER and they refused to treat or see me and referred me back to the original ER. I couldn't take the pain that night and I went to the nearest hospital which was not the one of the incident. While in the second ER they acknowledge that an "anomolly" was in fact under the skin in my arm at the site of the IV.

I am trying to get the hospital of incident to take it out but they will not see me either. What can I do and what shall I do? the pain is unbearable at times.

My son has a project in that he is supposed to be a farmer from colonial times that has placed an ad in the paper for an inexpensive and reliable source of labor to grow his cas crop, tabacco.

I have done some research and all I can find are the ads placed in papers looking for runaway slaves. I would like to see an ad for farm help from that period so I can see the verbiage that was used and so that he can make his article more accurate.

he purchased the Buell 1125r new Feb 1, 2009 and the bike began going to the shop 3/7/2009

at this point it seems like this brand new motorcyle is a lemon but under which jurisdictional lemon law could it fall under Florida(where it was purchased) or VA where it is registered and continually serviced. It was under warranty but the warranty was for 18 months from the time of purchase.

my friend had a lease for a year and after the year was up they went to a month to month tenancy. The landlord gave her notice that they had to be out in 3 days. The paper she served her with was not signed by a judge or a deputy. And in the spot where it says "deputy sign" the landlord signed it there. My friend went to the house to get the rest of her things and the locks were changed and when she looked in the garage from the outside of the house their kocart was missing. when she spoke to the landlord the landlord told her " maybe the gas man took it when he came out to turn the gas off"

I took 3 home pregnancy test, all different brands and they are clearly show a line indicating positive, one of them even has a plus sign. basically, my neighbors 10 year old daughter was raped by her boyfriends 18 year old son. He was arrested, charged, and released until the trial date. However, the boys mother is consistently harrassing the mother of the little girl and the girl via phone. She has called and left messages like "you and your whore of a daughter will pay" "your daughter is a ****" "she didn't say no, so that means it wasnt rape" and on and on. I told her that there has to be something she can do or some protective order she can get to keep this woman from harrassing her. She said she went to the magistrate and was told by him that since her boyfriend has custody of their younger son, there is nothing that can prevent the mother from calling. Something like because they still share a child in common. I think its crap. Her boyfriend wants nothing to do with his 18 year old son and has been very suppotive of his girlfriend. Its the ex-wife who won't stop calling and harrassing.

Please! what can my friend do to get some type of order for protecting herself and her daughter.

Also, the exwife is posting information on facebook about the case and consistently calls the ten year all types of names via facebook. because of the rape and harrasment the child is undergoing counseling.

Basically, I was taking my children to school and my 6 year old took his seat belt off and as I reached behind me to grab him I inadvertantly went down on the gas and was clocked going 35 in a 25 mph school zone. What I would like to do on my court date is ask the judge to allow an entrance of a defered finding so that I can attend a safety class on driving, receive the certificate, and then come back to court to show proof that I attended and passed-this will allow my record to stay clean of any negative points and wont raise my insurance.

What is the best way to ask the court for this? Should I have a copy of my driving record with me so he can see my history is clean and are there any other forms I should have pre filled out? thanks.

I had a temporary cap put on my front tooth yesterday. The assistant was not the best in shaping the tooth but I can deal with that for the next 3 weeks until the permanent one comes back, I am more bothered by the color of the temporary cap. It is much darker/yellow. The d a m n cap looks worse than the tooth they worked on which is now under the cap. I guess I wouldnt be as bothered if it were a tooth in the back but because it is my front tooth it is there for all to see. I don't want to go out or even speak to anyone because I hate the way it looks. I hope the permanent cap is not going to be like this one.

Anyways, is there a way for me to whiten the cap? like with baking soda or whitening gel?
