This is a strange situation, but my car door looks like someone stabbed two holes in it with a screw driver.

There aren't dents surrounding the "puncture holes," but I want to avoid rust and am curious what you all think would be the best way to fill/repair them.

I came home from class today and my apartment door was half open. We have a cat, who fortunately was hiding under the bed.. There was a maintenance guy in the apartment who said he just went in to go into my bathroom because the apartment NEXT TO MINE had a sink that was "running slowly." Our bathrooms share a wall.

Now, in Ohio, you have to be provided a 24 hour notice before entrance into the apartment unless it is an emergency. I asked each of the maintenance guys if this was an emergency and they said no, the guy's sink was running slowly.

I then went to the apartment office and I recorded my conversation with the landlord (one party consent is legal in Ohio), and he acknowledged that yes a 24 hour notice is necessary unless it is an emergency. Basically his only point is that a slowly running sink in the apartment next to mine was emergency enough to go into my apartment without notice.

Now, I've done research, and the only emergency repairs that I ever find are loss of power, flooding, loss of water, etc... Clogged drains, or in this case, very partially clogged drains, is NOT an emergency repair.

So is it worth suing this guy? He was very disrespectful, particularly when I made points that made him sound like he was clueless. I'm really just very bothered that my privacy was violated, and had I not come home on my break between classes I would have never known anyone was in there.

Or am I in the wrong somehow?

I was doing a pull-down type of exercise, and on the last rep I held it for a few extra seconds to feel maximum resistance... While I was doing this, I felt a sharp pain in the back of my neck.

Since then (last night), I've found that I have to angle my head downward in order to not feel pain, and when I try and straighten it up I feel a pain from JUST LEFT of my spine in the back of my neck up to the base of my skull and down to my left shoulder blade. My first thought was pinched nerve, but I haven't had anything like this before.

Does this sound like a muscle issue? Spine issue? Not looking for diagnosis over Yahoo Answers obviously, just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience.

I may leave work to go to Urgent Care for an X-Ray, but I'll probably end up waiting it out for a couple days if I can.

Another note is that I haven't felt any tingling in my arms/legs, so I'm really hoping it isn't related to the spine.

I just bought a blue wireless controller for the XB 360, and my battery pack (white) will not work with it. It isn't necessary to have the matching battery pack for the controller to work, correct? Or am I wrong?

I live in NE Ohio and we have a show on SportsTime Ohio that basically talks about all sports. They said there is a report that Mallett has decided to transfer to UCLA with new head coach Rick Neuheisal. Will this help UCLA knock off the Trojans and take Los Angelas supremacy??

Okay, so Oklahoma just got destroyed by a team who just suffered a heartbreaking loss and had an interim head coach in a BCS game. This makes them 0-4 in their last 4 BCS games. There are some criticisms now, but before now noone has said anything about OU...All you hear is that they are one of the best teams in the country, Stoops is a great coach, blah blah...

Ohio State, however, loses ONE BCS GAME to Florida last year and all of a sudden they are slow and terrible. I guess everyone forgot about the 3 previous BCS wins against Miami, Kansas State, and Notre Dame? (also an Alamo Bowl win against Oklahoma State and now LSU coach Les Miles)

Anyone know why this is?? Why do all college football fans feel the need to hate Ohio State and not Oklahoma? It's not like Ohio State has more history than Oklahoma does. What do you guys think

1. They start the games at 9:00...I hope that's just because Hawaii was in the game and they wanted everyone to see it. It didn't get done until after 1:00 am

2. The presentation is horrible. The ESPN/ABC guys are great and actually know what they're talking about. The Fox guys are MORONS...They have Chris Myers and Jimmy Johnson as their main pregame/halftime guys...They brought in Fran Tarkentin as an analyst also.. WHY?? He's the most biased analyst ever, I mean come on, he played for Georgia. The guy said Matthew Stafford is the most established quarterback in the country!! Are you kidding me?

3. The commentators are just terrible. Brandon Coutu comes on to kick a field goal from 48 yards and the guy says "Wow, they're going to attempt a field goal. Coutu is just 13-19.." (or something like that) Then after he destroys it thru the uprights he reads his paper and says "What a great kicker. His career long is 58 and he had a much better year last year."

Ignorance bothers me

I just got the damn red rings and just got off the phone with a rep... He said it should be 3-5 days before I get the box to send it to them in and then another 2-3 weeks before it gets returned to me. Is this pretty close to accurate for anyone who has had to get repairs?

Bowden has to go. They get top 10 recruiting classes every year and then they don't coach their talent. They brought in Jimbo Fisher and some new assistant coaches that actually know how to coach...

...But now they have at least 20 players being suspended for their bowl game against Kentucky and those that are returning for next year will miss the first 3 games for an academic cheating scandal... FSU was so dominating in the 90's and they've gone completely downhill...

College football is real football. 10 for the best defensive scheme. To me, we need to man up on the receivers and pressure Matt Flynn and Ryan Perrilloux when they try and run the spread. Last year we just sat back in a soft zone and let Florida throw all over us... Whatcha guys think?

Now that the Browns will most likely lock up a playoff spot, do you guys see them as real contenders in the AFC? If not a contender, I think they can knock off their first round opponent... They'll play the Chargers or Pittsburgh, and neither team wants a part of the Cleveland offense. Anyone on our bandwagon???
