I have already done my tax returns and is just curious as to when the IRS starts accepting them.

I was given a bag of clothes from this store that was going out of business. The thing is the store cut the tags out (that show size) of these clothes. (They didn't want anybody to be able to take the clothes to another store like them and return them for money??) I need to know where I can go to find the correct size of these clothes if I measure them (like waist and length, etc.). For example, if I measure a pair of Capri's and they are 25" in the waist, where can I go to find out what size supports 25" in the waist. I hope this makes sense. I tried googling it, but couldn't come up with what I was needing. Thanks for your help.

I received a phone call today from a man who stated that a lawsuit had been filed against my name and SSN. He said that I had defaulted on a cash advance that I supposedly got back in May 2007. He said that the company states that I have never paid them back the $450.00 they advanced me. This man was foreign and I could not understand a lot of what he was saying. He would not transfer me to someone who spoke better English. I told him that I knew nothing about what he was talking about. I had had salary advances before, but always paid them back. He practically accused me of lying. He said the company said I owed them over $5000, but would settle for $1150 as payoff. I asked him what was the name of the company who said they gave me the advance. He mumbled something like Cashnet or something like that. I asked him to repeat the name and give me their number. He said he couldn't, they would not want to talk to me. I have never had a salary advance with a company named Cashnet and I went through my bank statement for the months of April, May and June of 2007 and there is no deposit for $450.00 from them. My legal question is, if this is a legal law firm, is this how they do business? Call a person at work and tell them this and then not give me the name of the company that says I owe them and their number for me to check it out myself. I need help here. Any advice from anybody out there.

I have a friend who scored 126 on an IQ test. She was telling me what she scored, but I don't know if that is a good score or a bad score. Does anyone know where she could go to see if that is a good score or not?

I am 43 years old today and I thank God for his many blessing on my life.

Her husband came on Y/A and asked for prayer for his wife who had slipped into a coma. Then they delected his question/request. I thought that was rather mean. I was just wondering if anyone has seen any responses as to how she is doing now. I am still praying for her and her family.

A jar candle fell and spilled wax all over my hardwood floor. I was able to scrape most of it up, but you can still see where the wax was. What is the best way to clean this mess up with the least amount of damage to my floor? Thanks.

My 15 year old niece is really into the My Space website. I have heard some not so good things about it. She assures me that it is safe. I am just afraid of perverts and child molesters going on there. Any reassuraces would help. Thanks.

It seems all they do is argue with each other and they never agree on any of the plays that are made. They really bug me. I wish I knew who I could contact so that those three won't be back next season.

I have recorded some songs on a rewritable CD. If I want to add more songs to that CD, do I have to re-record the songs I already have on there or will the new songs just be added to end of the songs already on the CD? I do all this on my computer.

I have ants in my yard and am interested in any non-toxic ways to get rid of them. Ways that are not harmful to animals.

I live in the south and have never lived in the north. I was just curious about which is the better place to live for those who have lived in both places.
