  • How long do you think this new rule in Moto GP(one tyre supplier) will be in validation?

I'm absolutely furious with that...I still don't understand in whose interest was that???The riders are unhappy with it,so are the fans and I believe that so are the tire manufacturers.

Do you think that this new ..... rule has a potential of lasting for a long time and if yes would you give a prediction?Personally I hope that it would be removed by 2010(too naive of me ,I know:(

  • Michellin guys chashing out in Germany GP?!?

Is it a coincidence that Pedrosa,Lorenzo and Edwards crashed out today.Nicky Hayden finished last due to tyre change in the pits.Depuinet and Toseland 8th and 10th out of 13 riders crossed final. The only Michellin rider that made a good race today was Dovi. And only one Bridgestone rider crashed today-Melandri .

  • What should you do when you are good but not enough???

Hey,I'm 18 and I play tennis in a small tennis club.I can defeat my team mates but it is not so easy when sb new comes to our club.First I thought that it was because I didn't know their game that well but later on I understood that this wasn't the actual problem.I can hit the ball strong, serve strong, run fast towards the net,my net game is far from perfection but I am a good baseliner.Anyway,it is obvious that I am the better player ,I have better technique ,but I still lose. And I lose having millions of oppurtunities to win. Many I times I play very well during the rallies but make an absurd mistake at the final (easy) shot. The best comparison I can make is with Hantuchova.I need some advice, what should I do?Am I running out of patience.

  • What should I do when my bosses do not share my values???

Hey everyone.I need some advice.I'm 18 and I work as an interpreter-receptionist-animator (in short- sunshine girl who always helps)in a private residence by the seaside.Almost all our guests/apartment owners come from other countries much richer than mine.My bosses have no respect to them,it is as if all they want is to take their money away from them. This simply does not suit me,I started this job for the experience and for the new people I would meet and I am really dedicated at work. But my bosses are two-faced,they smile to people and then when they are gone they call them names.I do not think that this is right, these owners have the right to ask us to do some service and in my view it is our job to serve them the best possible way without complaining. The reason why I do not intend to quit is that I met so many new people here and made new friendships. But how should I deal with my bosses, any ideas???This is absurd-I'm a worer of theirs and I understand how the job shoud be done

  • Fear of turning 18????

Hey I just wanted to ask you if you had had ever feared of maturity. In my counrtry once you turn 18 you are given any adulthood right. But I simply don't feel like turning 18 tomorrow at all,(if somebody was asking for my permission). It looks like from now on when I do great it won't be a success but sth normal and when I don't it will be harder getting over it.Normally I'd take sth like that as a challenge and would be looking forward to it but what's challenging when you have no other choice but behaving and doing everything the perfect way :-(((

  • Pedrosa vs Lorenzo???

Hey,this is not one of those "who of them do you prefer?" questions.I myself can't pick one of them because they are sooo different in their strenghts and behaviour.

Why do you think that they are in such confrontation???If you like you can say who you like better but you will have to explain why.

  • Why do you think that Pedrosa is arrogant?

Hey, I took a took a look at wiggysan's question I saw that almost all the answerers find Pedrosa arrogant.I don't know guys, may be you have a point but as far as I have watched ,Dani is the most quiet rider out there.I have seen him showing emotions of joy or anger not more than three or four times and the rest of the time he lacks any expression. Honestly he's the last rider I'd give such a qualification,so where does your "arrogant" definition come down to???

  • I had a big row with a friend ,our relationship is pretty comlicated????

We've known each other since the kindergarten. We've been classmates since the 6th grade(after we passed our exams after 7th grade we went to the same class) .Athough both of us are almost 18 and we our relationship hasn't changed much from the way it used to be in the kindergarten. We often have arguements,we keep talking trash about each other face to face, sometimes we even have light slaps or kicks. But nothing serious,it's like a kids' game and I behave this way towards nobody else and I think that I am pretty mature.Despite all that we have so much in common-we both come from teachers' families,he's the only person in my class who is ambitious and takes studies seriously and my biggest competition in class as well.He plays football and is surrounded by a dozen of empty heads in the football club, just like me in the tennis club. So,you see he's the only person who can understand me in many situations nobody else can.We don't quarrel all the time, when we talk we help and support each

  • Tennis psychological problem????

Hi,I've been playing for a long time but I've never been through such a thing.During my practices(when I'm playing with my coach) I play awfully-my shots are never as strong or as accurate as they should be and I'm like a little kid wandering down the court.I can see how disappointed my coach looks after these practces. But afterwards when I go on court playing against some of the other people from my club(competitevely) I do great,I mean everything I strike is perfect, better than it has ever been,I achieve great angles at a very high speed of the ball. And my coach stares at me not grasping anything, just like me.I don't have any explanation for that, except that my coach has always been a figure to be feared and respected and I guess that I care too much about what he'd say about my game but I've never had problems of this kind before.

  • Tennis diet QUESTION???

Hi,recenly I decided to go on a vegan diet(no meat, milk, eggs or any other fauna produts) for 40 days.(for skin purifing)Today is my 7th day and I was feeling extremely weak during the tennis practice.I had almost no power.I'm 179cm,57kg and we are playing indoors now which means that I'd take me a lot of energy to run as the surface is very fast, and because of my height I have to bend my knees very low.

Should I go on with this diet and are there any energy drinks which could compensate for lack of the substancial meals????

  • Good and bad days in tennis???

    hi :-)

well they say that in tennis there are some bad days in which you can't play the best possible way ,all you do is unforced errors, you're out of concentration and all that is not actually your fault.Today I had a bad day and lost 6:2 6:0 when I could have one 6:0 6:0 because my opponent was duffer(nothing personal). Are bad days a myth or they truly exist???

  • Do riders do some exercices to warm up before a race?

To those of you who are more into motorcycle racing, this probably sounds like a very stupid question, but I know that riders perform some acrobatic figures while they slide,so don't they have to do some stretch before the races ???

  • Why is that hatred for the ones that are different and always stand out?

Hi,I've always differed from the others because of my competitiveness. So I get top marks at school,I'm the first raquet in the local tennis club. You'd almost say that my life is perfect? No,it's not because I know that so many people detest me for these achievements of mine. They think that this has fallen to me from heaven and the trith is that it's a result of so much hard work.My tennis mates worry me most.I was friend with everyone there,we used to go out together.Last year I broke my toe and I was off the court for a while. When I returned some of them could easily defeat me because I was a bit unfit. So I used to spend hours skipping rope, running from 6 to 16 km every day and I got my shape and rank back. Now most of them do not even greet me.At school I'm respected but sometimes I catch a few of my classmates insulting me behind back. Why is that?Am I such a monster because I'm a fighter???

  • What is the best advice you have ever been given?

The wisest one I have been given was my tennis coach's"Try to get better every day, your improvement might be very little but day by day you'll progress".And I realise that that's how things stand in life as well.

  • Footwork help???

Hi!There is a problem I have had for years. It's my footwork, instead of running towards the ball(making small steps to adjust myself to it),I do running jumps and sometimes I don't arrive on time,or don't adjust myself properly. My shots are powerful and I have emproved a lot recetly, but my footwork is still an obstacle.I can make fast sprints but sometimes I stay immovable on my stop for no reason. Is the problem in my height,I'm 1.78.

Please help me,there is nothing I'm not ready to do in order to get better.
