2 AnswersLanguages9 years agoMy 2 year old Cockier Spaniel was diagnosed with Lymphomic Cancer by the vet.?

4 AnswersDogs10 years agoI am astonished by the quantity of questions asked here about Hitler.?
The scary thing is that many of them try to glorify or justify is actions. I suppose they are asked by young non-europeans, who have no idea about the horrors that happened in the invaded countries.
I was born after the war but the damage done to my non- jewish family and many others like mine can not be forgotten by any of us. What is happening to our world if the killing of millions of innocent people can be a theme for justification.
Would be grateful to receive your view on this. Thank you .

5 AnswersHistory1 decade agoAmericans who are somewhat Liberal find it necessary to state that they are "Good Americans" Why?
I have heard this over and over again. What would be a "bad American" ,apart from a traitor or spy of course. Why this statement of assurance to others. Is it not more natural that most of us are loyal to our respective countries? I really mean no offense here but am genuinely curious. Thanks.

3 AnswersLanguages1 decade agoWhen we are very mad with somebody we tend to avoid speaking his/her name.?
We speak of the person as him or her. Is this maybe a remainder of the very ancient belief that taking away some-body's name makes that person non- existent. I.e. the Ancient Egyptians scratched out the names of the ones they hated on their monuments. (Hatchepsut - Achenaton.)
What are your opinions . Thanks.
