My wi-fi hotspot contract ends soon. What is the best company / service to sign with?
I currently use the hotspot for my laptop and Kindles. It cost me about $50 a month with limited service.
Last year I signed up for a trial with Netflix, not knowing that my Wi-Fi provider was going to rob me for downloading a dozen movies or so. I was already disgusted with them for sending my user ID and password to my brothers phone, and I want to change companies.

1 AnswerUnited States7 years agoSuddenly I had four answers and two questions reported for violations?
None of them were in violation! Most were about crafts, cooking, etc. Two of them were a little more serious - seeking advice on finding a source of income.
I understand that "report monkeys" exist, and perhaps someone got their toes stepped on when I answered a question about religion. My question is, what happens when someone becomes a target of a stalker like this?

I just read an article about Egyptian pyramids found by infra-red satellite images. The caption under the photo says "Seventeen lost pyramids" have been identified.
What else but the great flood could have put 17 pyramids, 1,000 tombs and 3,000 ancient settlements beneath the surface of the earth?

2 AnswersAdd-ons1 decade agoCan you help me identify the manufacturer of this tin box, and what it was originally used for?
This is the logo, about 1/8 inch tall, printed next to the serial number on the edge of the lid. I believe the letters are "HK" but it might be "RK". I have no idea what the image over the letters is supposed to be.

This is what the lid, or front of the box looks like.

The sides of the box are also highly decorated and embossed. I suspect that the Original use of the box may have been something such as tea; cookies; cigars; or liquor. The box is 9 x 8.5 and about 3 inches deep. Any help at all is greatly appreciated.
I have had this box for over ten years, and I can remember seeing one in my uncles basement that was very much like this one over 40 years ago.

victorian or colonial era picture with one lady standing, one on horseback, and a gentleman on horseback, all of them surrounded with several trees. The only Marking is a logo that is about an eighth of an inch high - a circle with the letters HK under something that sort of looks like a bell. The lid is also numbered, the same way that art prints are numbered. 5305\4.
I would like to be able to identify it, but have been unable to find anything like it on line.
Any ideas?

How would you science experts separate broken glass from the coins that it once contained?
The crystal vase was something that I found at a garage sale. I used it to toss coins in, probably less than $10.00 in it when it dropped. Some of it was contained in the tablecloth that slipped off at the same time. I scooped up the coins and glass that went over on to the carpet, and vacuumed there. I am left with a plastic box that contains the tablecloth, coins, and broken glass. Is it possible to salvage the coins? What about the tablecloth?
So far I have discovered that water will wash down the glass dust - but the shards are still mixed in.
