So I was going 50 in a 35, with the flow of cars in front of me right as I turn onto the street. An officer turns around eventually and signals his lights. I took a turn onto a side street, assuming he was going for someone else. The officer didn't follow me, I'm assuming that he continued down that road. Is there any possibility of me getting a ticket eventually in the mail?

I was biking home yesterday from a football offseason workout and I fell. I broke my fall with my right arm. I was able to bike home (mile or so) and put ice on it. It was swollen towards yesterday afternoon, but the swelling seems to of gone down.

Right now, it hurts when I move my wrist but I can move my fingers and such without pain. It's a tolerable pain, nothing severe or even moderately severe. I immobilized it for the moment with one of those wrist braces. Can someone figure out if it's broken or if it's just a sprain (that's what I think it is)? Also, how long does it usually take to heal? I don't want to miss too much practice (starts on the 11th).

I just measured my heart rate and it was 55. I just sat down and measured. Didn't have any rest before. My resting heart rate was measured at around 45-48. That seems low. Is that normal?

Example, today I was on pace for a 2:30-ish in the 800 and then I pulled my knee on the beginning of the second lap and ended up with a time in the 2:50's since I limp-ran the last 200 or so meters. How can I get my time down?
