Kaleidoscope Eyes <3

I am having a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting at my wedding and I am worried about the cream cheese sitting out unrefrigerated (we are making it homemade, so no preservatives)... I defintely don't want to give up the cream cheese, but I don't have any way to refrigerate my cake at my reception site. It is indoors and air-conditioned, but still.

I was thinking about putting like a box/container over the entire cake with some dry ice inside to keep it cool... but I think that is going to look tacky. Any other ideas or should I just decorate the box and say the cake is a surprise? Lol!

I am trying to start a business selling original paintings, and I'm not having much luck. I understand that this is a hard business to break into, but I was wondering if anyone has any tips for me? I have four nieces and two nephews - My youngest nephew (3 yrs old) is going to be my ring bearer. Two of my nieces are going to be flower girls (ages 9 and 11).

Now, I have another nice that is 10 years old, but very shy, a niece that is 14 but would definitely want to do something, and a 15 year old nephew.

I don't want to leave the shy niece and the older two out because I don't want them to think I don't like them as much or feel they aren't being treated fairly... but the only other jobs I can think of are watching the guestbook or handing out favors... can anyone think of anything else they might be able to do that would help them to feel included?

Coworkers and I have been playing Battleship back and forth via email messages... we both have a scoresheet and we email our guesses back and forth. IE: B4. Miss. F8. Hit. A3. Miss. Etc.

Anyone have any ideas of any other games that might be fun? I've heard hangman, but anything else?

I am planning on starting a flier delivery business advertising for local stores by delivering their advertisements door to door. I was planning on delivering them in 'bundles' of maybe 5 or so fliers, and charging 10 cents per flier per business. I just was wanting some opinions from business owners...

1. Is it wierd that the fliers would be delivered in bundles? Would you feel like you aren't getting as much for your money if yours wasn't the only ad delivered?

2. Is 10 cents too much? That is 1000 fliers delivered directly to the customer's doorstep for $100. I am trying to find a price that will be profitable and worth my time (I am going to have to deliver these fliers in the 120 degree Arizona heat) while trying to keep it at a reasonable cost for the businesses too.

Any suggestions or comments? Different prices?

Do you think the bundles of fliers should be in like rubber banded groups or handled plastic bags? I was planning on using bags.

I have two female cats - one of them is almost 10 years old, and the other is about a year old. Over the years, my older cat would pee on my bed about once a month at random times, and I have no idea why. It's not like I let her get away with it - I would try to gently punish her, but at the same time I never knew if it was on accident and she had no idea why I was mad... you know?

Well anyway, I think that my younger cat got the idea in her head that it is normal to pee on the bed or something, because she has recently decided to do just that. She is litter trained, and has been since we got her, she has two litter boxes, and has access to at least one of them at all times. She started peeing on the bed I think about 3 months ago, and this whole time I thought it was my older cat and have been punishing her for it. :[ It started about once a week, and gradually increased to every day, and now it is multiple times a day. I know it is my young cat now because I have cought her a few times. It is getting to down to the wire for us - we started locking her out of our bedroom at all times, and now... our friend stayed the night last night and slept on the pull-out bed in the living room, and she peed ON him while he was sleeping.

My fiance wants to get rid of her, but I feel like we would be abandoning her - she is a lifetime responsibility, you know? I have tried everything I can think of to try and get her to stop - We have tried yelling, rubbing her nose in the pee, (light) spanking, locking her out, ignoring it and hoping it was just for attention, spraying her with water, new blankets, old blankets, no blankets (she went directly on the mattress)...

She is healthy otherwise, and we just have no idea what is going on! FYI, she also at times will pee in the bathtub, and poop in the sink.

Help!!! I am at my wits end and I really really don't want to have to get rid of her! :[

I work in a call center where we do roadside assistance for many companies that sell it. I am just curious, when you call a place like my work, or an insurance company, phone company, etc... if the person on the other end of the phone that you have never met goes way out of their way to help you, do you remember them? Is it just like, that person was cool, and that's that, or like a year down the road do you remember that girl that helped you get a tow truck was really great?

I'm just curious, because I remember when people do that for me, but I work in a place like this, so maybe I just notice more because I do it too?

We are getting married on 10/10/2010.

He likes black, red and white.

I like black, yellow and white.

My favorite color is orange, but I don't want to throw out a halloween feeling. I love love love bright colors, and his black/red just seems so dark and gloomy to me.

I am getting married in October 2010, and we are trying to save as much money as we can until then. We are estimating that we will be able to save roughly $3000, which I know isn't that much, but it's about as much as we can get without risking our bills. I was wondering if someone could give me tips on how to plan! :]

We live in Lake Havasu City, AZ - I was thinking that it may be cheap to try and rent some land near the lake from the city to have the wedding on, but I don't know if it is possible or not.

I have a huge family... 14 people just counting my brothers/sister, their kids and my mom and dad. Plus his family and our friends...

Food... there aren't very many catering type businesses in town.. should I go to local restaurants and ask if they cater and prices?

My fiance and I are planning our wedding, obviously, and we want it to be a little way in the future. We were thinking about October 10, 2010. We want to have it in the fall because we live in Arizona, and it is way too hot the rest of the time (we pretty much don't have Springtime) and it's too windy and cold in the winter. Plus, the 10th is a Saturday, so more people will be able to go than on a weekday. :]

Do you think that the date 10/10/2010 will be way too overused for weddings that year? Do you think it's cliche to pick the date that lines up like that... 10/10/10?

I have a stomach ache every morning when I wake up, but only on the days that I have to wake up early for something - if I sleep in, I don't have it.

It isn't cramping or hunger, it is like a really bad, nautious feeling; and I'm definitely not pregnant.

I have wanted a Scion TC for a long time now, but all the reviews I read about it aren't that great. They say that it requires a lot of throttle to accelerate and it doesn't get that great of gas mileage. Plus, I was thinking more about 4 doors to try and keep it out of the 'sporty' higher insurance rates. :]

Any opinions? Preferably reliable, nice looking (my current car is so crappy looking lol), and reasonably affordable (not a BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc :p ).

For a boy we have decided that we like Ariston for the first name. Ariston is pronounced Air-iss-ton. We are having trouble with middle names. I love Arison Alexander. He is thinking Ariston Icarus. I don't know so much about Icarus, I don't want his name to be too out there. :] Ideas/opinions?

For a girl, the middle name has to be Sharon because it is both of our mother's name. :] We are just having trouble with a first name. What do you think of Tabitha Sharon? Bailey Sharon? Any other ideas?

Just curious... When a regular toilet gets clogged, as everyone knows, it tends to overflow. I am just curious what would happen to one of the toilets usually found in a public restroom, the kind with the metal piping on top and nowhere to try and stop the flow of water.

Does it have an automatic stopper if the water gets to a certain level, or does it just overflow?
