I have to replace the wires for my electric stove top. As you may know, each element (my stove top has 4 elements) has 2 wires leads. Here is my question.. Are those 2 wires different? When I replace the lines do I need to worry about a positive and negative line?

I recently moved into a new place that has a Hotpoint Dishwasher. It has a built-in Rinse Agent Dispenser on the door of the dishwasher. I've never actually used this accessory on a dishwasher before. I just filled it up with Rinse Agent but I don't know if I'm supposed to screw the cap tight or if I'm supposed to leave it somewhat loose. I don't understand where the rinse agent would be released into the machine if I screw the cap tight. But I don't want to leave it loose and then all the agent pours out in 1 washing.

I went to the Hotpoint website but I couldn't find the answer to my question.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S 3. I keep getting these text alerts that my "cloud" is over 75% full. The message says I should upgrade my storage but I don't even know what the "cloud" is and does. I erased every single photo and video and song from my phone. I only have 5 apps installed on the phone. When I go to "Backup Assistant Plus" it says my Total Cloud Storage is 500 MB but I only have 120 MB of Available Cloud Storage.

Can anyone explain the importance of this feature and what I can do to free up storage space in my "cloud." I thought if I deleted my pix/vids and music files it would free up space but it didn't make any difference.

I love in Michigan now. I am contemplating moving to Arizona. I am permanently disabled. I collect Social Security because of this. (I am not to retirement age yet.) My question: I applied for and was appproved for SSI in Michigan. If I move to Arizona do I have to re-apply for my SSI benefits? I don't know if it's controlled by the state government or federal gov. I don't know if it matters what state I live in. Can anyone give me answers? Thanks

My question: Will my Medicare be affected if I move states? I don't know if it matters what state I live in. I was told that Medicare is a state controlled program so I would lose it since I was awarded it in Michigan but will be moving to Arizona. Can anyone give me answers? Thanks

I have never been to an exhibition baseball game. Tomorrow I am going to the Angels vs Padres game in Peoria, AZ. I am wondering if the players spend any time signing autographs for the fans? Also, do you have any advice for the game? Do I go real early?? Can I bring my camera into the game?? Any other advice is greatly appreciated!! Thanks! (The game is at 1:05 pm)

I am trying to download the pictures and video's from my camera memory card to my computer. It is downloading my pictures without any problem BUT for some reason it will not download my video's. I keep getting a message about the video's being MTS files. I have no clue what that is.

I'm trying to download this stuff to my 2 year old Dell and it won't work. It's strange though because when I tried to download everything to my wife's 3 year old ASUS the video's worked fine.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Why can't I download the video's successfully to my Dell? If you know of anything I can try I'd love to get your thoughts!

I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT. When you pop the hood there is a sticker calling for "Dex-Cool" anti-freeze/coolant. I recently purchased this car used. When you open the radiator cap you can see the radiator inside is badly crusted up. I've been told by a few friends and neighbors who all do their own engine work on their cars that I need to drain out and flush the old Dex-Cool and replace it with the regular green anti-freeze coolant.

The 4 people I've spoken at length with about this tell me that the Dex-Cool is bad for the seals and gaskets and stuff. I AM TOTALLY CAR ENGINE IGNORANT! I'm really hoping there are some mechanics out there that can give me any amount of educated info on this. I'm not sure if I should pay the extra at a GM dealership for this radiator flush or if switching to the green is in my best interest. Any help is appreciated!

OK, here's my situation... I am slowly building my home audio entertainment system. I just purchased a nice upper end Yamaha receiver 1 year ago. I'm now ready to upgrade my 2 front speakers. Right now I have 2 3-way floor speakers (Sony). They are nice but they are quite old. What is in my better interested for overall sound quality... Do I want to: A) Buy a new set of 3-way speakers that are high quality? or B) Buy a new set of high quality 2-way speakers and then wait another year (so I can save up $$$) and buy a good subwoofer next year?

The reason I'm asking is that I really don't know the difference between 2-way, 3-way and even 4-way speakers. Is the difference even something that you can really notice?

Lastly, am brand name suggestions for excellent speakers? I'm looking at Klipsch, Yamaha, Polk Audio. If there's some other brands I should research please let me know.

I just purchased a 2000 Pontiac GT. So here's the stat's on the car: It's 11 years old, 3800 / V6 engine, 170,000 miles. The engine runs great. It's quiet. It's smooth. I've even had it up at 80 mph on the highway and it still hums with plenty of power remaining. I have it in to get all the fluids checked right today since I don't know when they were most recently checked. ONE QUESTION: For this age car with this many miles... Do I want to use a synthetic motor oil or a regular grade motor oil? The garage asked me and I said I wasn't sure and I'd call them on it. Help and soon please!

I'm looking at all these new LED (3D) LCD tv's. What does the "hz" mean? I know it has something to do with the refreshing rate but can you tell me if it's something where I can actually tell a difference? Or let me ask this... when or how can I tell a difference between the two?

First, I have naturally black hair. I'm 37 years old and am now starting to show my gray hair. Well, actually for a few years now but... whatever. I have always been using those do-it-yourself hairdye boxes you can get from Rite Aid and Walgreens. The thing is, I've always been getting the ones from the women's aisle. I never even paid attention to there being "men's" hair dye. Is there a real difference? Does it matter? The last time I died my hair was about 3 weeks ago and some of the gray is still coming through. Any advice?

Here's the situation. I have Windows 7. You know how when you first turn on your computer you get the little box in the center of the computer screen with the different user's? You click on whichever user you are and then enter your password. You follow me? What I'm trying to do is delete one of those user boxes so it will no longer show up when I turn on my computer. I have cable internet with the modem and router all hooked up to my personal desktop PC in my home. I also have a laptop that I use whie at home. Isn't there a way I should be able to print from my laptop to the printer that is connected to my router and desktop PC? Can anyone help?

Can anyone please give me details step by step instructions on how to put all my pictures and documents onto a disc? I'm trying to create a rescue/backup/recovery disc. I don't even know what you "call" it?? Also, when I do this do I use a CD-R or a DVD-R... or does it not matter?
