  • ceramic peanut with adult images?

I found these ceramic peanuts in an antique shop. They look just like a peanut but the bottom is flat, and when you look at the flat side on one is a penis and on the other peanut, flat side is boobs and panties. Each peanut has a small hole in them. We have no idea what they are. We thought maybe salt and pepper shakers, but there are no holes for the salt and pepper to come out. Anybody have any ideas what they are?

  • Need some help with a dog?

My friend has a dog, he is normally a very happy, loving dog. He is healthy (near as she can tell). Recently he has been acting different, mean, and withdrawn. She said he tried to attack her a couple times today. She is considering putting him down since she has kids. But it is really upsetting her cause this family LOVES this dog. So I thought I would look for advice here.

They have recently moved, but she noticed his changes before the move, so if anything the move may have added stress to an already "sick" dog. She said he zones out for a little bit and then turns aggressive. Seizures maybe? He also whines and barks in his sleep, which he has never done before. NO food changes, no major life changes. They do have a cat that isn't fixed, and the dog seems different when the cat is in heat. Could the cat be triggering the dog? The dog is fixed. I wonder if the cat in heat can cause the dog some stress or something. Any other ideas for this poor family and dog? The cat is getting spayed soon, and the dog is going to the vet next week.

  • Who is the maker of this gun?

A friend and I went to buy me a handgun. My friend was asking about a gun as I was looking at other guns. I don't know anything about guns, so I am buying what he tells me to. We decided on a 357 mag, I pick it up tomorrow. I was wanting to do some research it a little bit more, but I forgot the name of it. On the barrel it had a word (about 7-9 letter) that began with an "S" (friend thought it was sterlng). The shop person told him the name of the company, which my friend said was a good company, and he thinks it is a division of another more well named company. He thought it was hi power or hi point but can't remember either. I looked at hi point but can't find where they even make a 357.

It looks like a normal handgun, wooden grip, wheel and barrel are black. Barrel is 6 or 7 inches long. It is used and costs $275. Of course I will find out in the morning what it is, but it is driving me crazy tonight! Any ideas

  • I can't delete my browsing history?

I have IE 8. I click on tools, internet options, then delete. It pops up with what I want to delete and I click temp. internet files, cookies, and history, then I click delete. Another box pops up that says deleting browsing history. It says temp. internet files, then switches to cookies, then to history. Once it hits history it NEVER stops! That little box has been deleting history for 12 hours now! So I finally hit cancel. NOw it says canceling, and the papers are still flying across, and the task bar is still showing it's still working, but it will not cancel.

What is going on, and how can I fix this, it is taking up all my memory! Thanks!

  • Employee records legal issue?

Recently the boss of our department was fired, i took over his position. He turned over the computer and filing cabinet to me. Today I was going through it and noticed that ALOT of our past employees records are missing. Also missing are his and his wife's employee records. What are the legalities of this. I am in Colorado. As far as his employee file and his wife's, is he legally able to just keep his employee file? From everything I have read we should have records for all of our employees for 7-10 years. But, I can't find anything on an employee keeping their own records. I am curious from a legal stand point is all of this something I need to pursue? How much trouble are we in if we don't have the records? Does it fall on me or him?

  • hooking up printer to wireless router?

I have a dell 964 all in one printer, it also sends/recieves faxes. The entire unit seems to be working correctly except for the fax machine part. When my fax line rings, it rings in the special tone, but my fax machine doesn't pick it up. When I try to send a fax it can't find the phone line. The only thing I can think of is it isn't hooked up correctly.

It use to work just fine, but we recently bought a wireless router from QWEST. It is a PK5000. I think when we hooked it up we messed up the way the fax line was hooked up. Can someone PLEASE explain how to hook it up correctly? Even if we have to start at the begining, I don't care. I need to know where the line goes from the phone jack to the _____, from the printer to the router or the computer? Ect. Thank you!!!

  • Name this childrens book?

It has a long snake that "weaves" though each page, you don't see the end of the snake until the end of the book. It is probably from the 70's or 80's. It also has a cowboy in it

  • Cake decorating ideas (firetruck/firefighter)?

Want to do a firetruck/firefighter theme cake for my son's 4th b-day. I have no skills at all, so I am doing a flat cake with matchbox firetrucks. I thought about making a road to put the truck on. Maybe some trees, or something on fire or with flames. So I need simple ideas on how to make these things. I saw on site for example that had a road made out of crushed oreos with little pieces of yellow starburst as the lines. Any other ideas?

  • Childs birthday party ettiquette?

I am having my sons 4th birthday party in a couple weeks. We plan on having it at about 2pm. Since we are having it after lunch time do we still serve food? Should we change the time to closer to lunch or dinner time, or just have cake and ice cream at 2pm? Either way works for me, of course just cake and ice cream would be less work and cheaper, but I wanna do the right thing.

  • Should Nurses follow policy or protocol?

I heard someone say that nurses in my hospital can only stick a patient twice (for an IV) then they need to get someone else. Someone told me that "it's basic protocol but NOT a stated POLICY that a nurse can only stick a patient twice."

Does that make sence? I always thought they were 2 very different things, and IV sticks wouldn't be part of a hospital policy anyways, more like the policy is for nurses to follow their nursing protocols, and there protocols state no more than 2 sticks. Am I wrong? Can you explain it? Is it more important to follow protocol or policy?

I have a Sprint cell phone, and the other day I switched providers and got a new phone. I just remembered that I recently applied for a job and gave them my sprint phone number. If I cancel my sprint phone they won't know how to reach me. Should I leave my sprint service active for a couple more weeks or is there a way to forward my calls to my new number? If I forward calls will it still work if i cancel my service? What should I do?

  • Dora the explorer spanish word help?

My son loves Dora, and is able to use most of her spanish words correctly. There is one word he uses that we can't figure out what he is saying. He uses the word all the time and always says it the same way, so I know he is positive that it is how you pronounce it. The word is "amanatego" or "amanatillo" or something like that. He seems to use it for yellow, and if I say "do you mean amarillo" he says no and gets upset if we change it to that. Any idea what he could be saying?

  • Weird spots on my dogs back?

I have a 4 year old english mastiff. Recently I noticed he has 4 or 5 spots on his back, you can tell there not normal just by looking at him cause the fur is falling out and is a different color. When I looked at them they don't seem to hurt him, but the skin is red, scabbed, and flaky. The fur is falling out. We treated it with some athletes foot spray for ringworm but it doesn't seem to help. If it is ringworm wouldn't we be getting it, or my cat get it? None of us have it. So I am thinking it is something else. We have money set aside for the Vet, but my husband and I both got sick recently with kidney stones and it took all our savings as well as the dogs savings. So we are trying to save some money for the vet. What could it be? Is there something we can do to treat it at home?

  • I need some help designing my tattoo?

I am trying to design my tattoo, and need some ideas. It will be on my upper arm, and can go around like a arm band or it can go vertical the length of my arm. I am going to use EKG rhythms of me my husband and my sons heartbeats, but I don't want just 3 lines of heartbeats, I would like them to tie together somehow. Like a symbol with the 3 of them coming off of it, or someone said a seashell with the first beat coming out of it and wrapping around the arm and then the next one starting, but after all 3 beats how do I end it? Any ideas?

  • Does insurance cover a non-employee?

On a parenting website I belong to a lady posted a question and I need some help responding.

She hired a landscaping company to re-do her yard. The owner ofthe company sent one of his employees over to do some of the work. In the middle of the day she heard voices and looked out side, and the employee had his wife and children out there helping him work. She was debating on if she should call the owner of the company.

First question, is this a ok thing to do, bring the family to help you do your job? Can the owner of company get in any trouble legally? Child labor laws and such?

I was under the impression that if something happens to the wife or children, the owner of the company's insurance will NOT cover them, is that true?

What about workman's comp, will it cover employees family members? Or people not on payroll.

So let's says the wife of the worker gets hurt, and none of the insurance will cover her, can they sue the owner of the company? What about the homeowner?

Is this a huge liability to the owner of the company? Couldn't he lose his business?

Does it change anything if this family is here illegally?

She did call the owner of the company and he was very upset, and said he has told this worker before that he can't bring his family to work.

    Thanks!!!
