3 AnswersUnited States7 years agoRandom difficulty of breathing?
So this comes randomly - it used to happen more often but not anymore but it just happened right now. I'll be minding my own business, i'm at rest so its not like i'm doing anything thats gonna make me breathe heavy. but what will happen is it will suddenly hurt to breathe. my chest will tighten up and i can only breathe so little before exhaling. and I usually feel it always on one lung. It can last anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes and its absolutely painful to try and get enough air to breathe. This used to happen a couple times a day but now it's like once a month.

2 AnswersOther - Internet8 years agoUS Citizenship question?
My parents and I were born outside the United States. My parents have applied and have become US citizens years ago, so I automatically became a US citizen when they did(the child of a naturalized US citizen automatically becomes a US citizen).
But after I become 18, does that mean I have to go through the naturalization process and reapply for citizenship to become a US citizen since I am no longer legally dependent of my parents? This is what my parents are telling me but I'm not sure if this is true...
4 AnswersImmigration9 years agoWhat are some effective and quick ways of making your skin tone lighter?
My skin has gotten a lot darker in the past few months on most of my body, but my natural skin tone is much lighter and still that way on other parts of my body. How do I change my skin to go back to its natural, lighter skin tone?

2 AnswersLyrics9 years agoCan someone else use my checks?
My friend had ordered a checkbook for his account and it was sent to the address of his old residence, and the address on the checks are of the old address. We just found out that the checkbook arrived there and has been at that address for 10 days.
Could they open the box and use the checks for their own use? Like basically write out checks and practically steal from our account?
2 AnswersPersonal Finance10 years agoShrinking a cotton shirt without a dryer?
I bought a polo from hollister and it was perfect until I wore it and decided it was a little too big lol. I know people say washing them in really hot water then drying them in the dryer on the highest option possible, but I don't have a dryer at the moment and wont have one for a few months.
I can wash it in hot water BUT will it still shrink if it just normally dries? Or will ironing it after its washed help?

2 AnswersPersonal Finance10 years agoSending mail from US to UK?
I'm American and I have a friend in England and I want to send him a letter. I have a few questions though.
1) Do I use a regular envelope or AirMail envelope? I have some old Airmail envelopes so I don't have a limited access to them.
2) Is it okay to send money? I just want to send him one US dollar and possibly a quarter as souvenirs.
3) How much would it cost to send it to England?
4) Do I need stamps? If so what kind and how many?
That's all, hope I can have these answered ASAP. I'm sorry if some of those questions are stupid ones, this is the first time I'm sending international mail and I very rarely send letters inside the US as well.
Thanks (:
1 AnswerCivic Participation10 years agoNavy or Air Force? (read description for specific jobs)?
I'm having trouble deciding on my future military career. I've narrowed it down to two good ones that I would be comfortable with and enjoy.
I either want to be a Naval Aircrewman (AW) - Navy
Or an Aerial Gunner (1A7X1) - Air Force
Which one should I be and why?

1 AnswerOther - Internet10 years agoAge Of Empires III: Couple of questions.?
1) How do you control other players(enemy and ally) in a custom scenario? When I put their controls on "human" I am still not able to select them.
2) In a scenario, when they are put on "Computer" how come the other players don't move?
3) How do I successfully save Skirmishes? When I save a skirmish and return to play it again, the game says Game Paused or something.

13 AnswersMilitary1 decade agoWhy are my push-ups and sit-ups are getting harder? Muscles getting sore?
I'm 14. I've recently started working out a little. I am pretty skinny.. and I did not want to stay like that, especially since I decided I want to join the military after high school.
-Before I started.. I could barely do 10. And 15 for gym class warm-up was really difficult.
-When I started.. I kept doing a couple sets of ten on the weekends. I quickly got better at them.
-I went to 20. They weren't THAT hard.
-Then I started doing 2 sets of 20 every weekday and 200 throughout the weekend(still in sets of 20.).
-The week after that I felt the need for a challenge.. and I did 10 sets of 20.. and ended up doing 200 in one whole day. The days that followed my muscles were REALLY sore and couldn't do my daily 40.. then I started again (yesterday) and today and did my 200 for my weekend.
*So that brings up the first question - why are my muscles getting sore after working out now?
When I'm doing my sets of 20(actually, I switched to doing 25 today.. but its a similar experience to doing 20). The first 15 seem okay-ish.. then after 15(however many i do after) they seem like hell.
*Second question, why does it feel like I am getting weaker/able to do less and less each day? Is that how it will be for the rest of the year?
I'd really appreciate a lot of answers..
thanks(:

I am freaking out. I'm only a 14 years old and I had four white hairs. I am NOT stressed out at all. It was so embarrassing when people noticed them. Is this like... something REALLY rare in people? I am not getting this.
