I've been a long distance runner for about 4 years now. I'm 41 years old 6'1" and weigh about 155 lbs. I want to start cross training more with weights and add lean muscle mass to my currently thin frame. What products are available to help me achieve this in a healthy manner?

I'm planning on building a treehouse/playscape in my backyard for my daughter. I have the perfect tree for it, and I want to attach a playscape beneath it with slides coming from the top, swings underneath etc. I don't want it to be a cookie cutter tree house. I want to use some sort of theme for it. Like a pirate ship or something. Does anyone have any experience or resourse in doing a project like this? I need ideas and structural plans. Thanks!!!

I have a 15 pound rat terrier named Otis who looooooves running with me and I love taking him. The problem is I've tried several types of harnesses for him, but each one rubs the pits of his front legs and irritates his baby soft hairless skin there. Last time it even started bleeding a little : (

I live on about an acre of land in Michigan and I want to build a chicken coop and raise chickens. I want to do this mostly for fun and to have fresh eggs. Several people in my neighborhood do this and I want to try it, but don't know where to start. Also, our property borders an old farm field where we occasionally see coyotes. Will having chickens possibly create problems with the coyotes in our yard??? Just wanna make sure I cover all of my bases. Also, before I commit to this, how much work am I creating for myself ??? All the information you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

I've tried resetting it by pressing the reset button on the bottom of the unit. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. I've tried taking a screw driver and manually turning it while it was unplugged. I'm afraid I'll need to replace it. Any ideas before I drop money on a new one????
