1 AnswerFacebook9 years agoConnecting a washing machine to the water supply?
I have bought a new washing machine and it says it's water supply is 'cold fill'. Does this mean the machine will then heat the water itself? I have two water feed pipes that were attached to the old machine (one hot, one cold) but only one going into the machine itself. Have I bought the wrong type of machine or is this normal? What goes where?! Thanks
5 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoToo many cats in my garden?!?
I have a neuteured 13 year old tomcat. Recently we've had a cute little female cat coming in and 'talking' to him, now we have an unneuteured male cat hanging around and ANOTHER male (not sure if he's snipped) also hanging around. She is making yowling noises and is only interested in my cat, who ignores her. The other two males aren't interested in her but only in my cat and occasionally there are a few scraps. Is she in season? If so, should I do anything? Why are the other males ignoring her and interested in my cat? Thanks!

3 AnswersFashion & Accessories1 decade agoWet or Dry?
I have an 11 year old DSH Tom cat who I've had for 3 years. We fed him i/2 pouch of wet food am and pm for three years. Recently he started being sick as he was eating too fast. We decided this was probably cos he was famished so thought free feeding would be best. I weigh out the dry food every day and let him have what it says and he helps himself when hungry. He's no longer sick but now FAT! Anyone have any ideas re what's best for feeding?
9 AnswersCats1 decade agoCooker problems?
Hi all
I have an in built cooker andrevently the grill element broke so I replaced it (HA-Handy me, I thought ;)). Now the grill works but the oven doesn't heat up. I'm trying to work out if the element I replaced is responsible for heating up the oven or if it something else and just coincidental that the oven is now bust.
Advice would be great!
